Carwow Leasey Avis 

It has now been 7 months since ordering my new car. I was originally given a 3 month waiting time, however the company has continually extended this wait with no valid reason.
I have chased monthly initially and now weekly to see where they are with supplying my vehicle. I am still no nearer to a delivery date. They have never proactively kept me up to date and have more recently began to ignore my calls and emails.
There has been no effort from them to appease me or offers to push the dealership to understand what the delays are. During all of this time I have lost money on the car I need to sell through unplanned depreciation and additional MOT and services that I hadn't planned to have to pay for.
This whole situation has completely spoilt any excitement of getting a new car and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Once my order was placed, Lucy Cooper from the Leasey Fulfilment Team took over and was equally exceptional. Her communication was first-class, keeping me regularly updated on the progress of my order, explaining the next steps and ensuring I always knew exactly what was happening. I never once felt the need to chase for information.

The pricing was extremely competitive, and to top it all off, my vehicle was delivered in just three weeks!

What really stood out was how seamless and enjoyable the entire experience felt. From the initial enquiry through to delivery, the professionalism, communication and attention to detail made what can sometimes be a stressful process an absolute pleasure.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! I contacted Carwow Leasey on 2 different occasions and both times they couldn’t actually offer the deal they were advertising online. It’s just a scam to obtain your details and then bombard you with emails, texts and calls. They are Unprofessional and ignorant.

Fairly straightforward order, plenty of time, and ran like clockwork. Carwow had a slightly better price than anyone else, got me exactly the car I wanted, delivered on the day I wanted to dovetail with the end of another lease, and were the right blend of professional and friendly to deal with. No idea what they’re like for more difficult cases but mine couldn’t have gone better. Easy 5* rating.
