Incredibly pleased with the whole process. Service team responded very quickly and professionally to my concerns and guided me through the process. Highest estimate and final sale price I managed to find after plenty of research. Speed of the service was incredible! Sent my items at 5pm Thursday, received full payment just before 3pm Friday afternoon next day. The CYG service is vert transparent and good value. On two occasions, CFYG have offered a very good price offered for both gold and platinum rings. The expected price calculator is easy to use and the confirmed price once the jewellery had been shipped was very close with minor variation down to metal value fluctuations. The shipping process and associated payment fees are clearly explained. Other on-line services with price calculators have given substantially lower prices and another, where you send the items and receive a valuation, gave an appalling initial offer.
