I try this casino and review here it's perfect should be 1 star completely worst casino and scamm I ever play before

I’ve played at this casino for a while and it honestly was a great casino. It was fair, trustworthy, had a wide range of games and weekly bonus offers.

Now it’s one of the worse. Apart from the initial welcome bonus there’s nothing to entice you to keep playing. They use to offer weekly deposit offers and goodwill bonus depending on deposits but have scrapped that for no reason.

Games randomly get deleted which is a pain if your building some sort of bonus etc within said game and customer support might as-well just say they flat out don’t care.

I’d say play here if you want to deposit, play with your deposit on a buggy site and that’s it but play elsewhere if you want some bang for your buck and to feel valued as a player who’s giving a company your money.

Without us players depositing, casinos can’t function. Only we can sculpture them to our benefit. Not there other way around.

If your looking to throw money away i suggest betting on Spurs to win the league as there's more chance of that happening than you winning anything on this site!!!

Ok, so the 1 Star reviews are diabolical, this site is unreal! I have signed up to many online casinos and received welcome bonuses and everything, never been able to withdraw or win a decent amount, i signed up to this site last week, deposited £30 & ended up withdrawing £350, the withdrawal was smooth as butter and reached my account around 6 hours after.

I then shared the site to a friend who was looking for a good online casino, my friend deposited £80 & received an £80 welcome bonus, unfortunately the £80 cash didnt last due to a game just not paying but shockingly the £80 Bonus on our favourite Novomatic games, Ultra Hot 7s, Hot Chance & a new game called Jokers Jewels Hold & Spin, spinning from £2 to £5 per spin my friend managed to wager £3200 & have £1300 remaining in cash balance.

The one star is a joke in itself! I would genuinely give it minus 60000 stars! I recently signed up, won over 5x the deposit and withdrew. As with many of these sites I was prompted for verification. I called the support line for further guidance and Simon from the support team was very helpful. The next day I was verified and my withdrawal met my bank account, so much better than experiences with other sites.

You never know what you're getting with gambling sites. But this one is very good. Excellent customer service and swift payments. Good selection of games as well.

Rubbish casino and a scam site. Placed a bet on roulette the bet didn't registered due to technical issues and my money disappeared. I should of won on that spin and the next spin if they had paid my bet, but they scammed me and later said it was a technical issue. I've asked to close my account, would not use again!

These crooks allowed me to make £200 worth of deposits and then suddenly closed my account with no explanation.

I put in a complaint and have been given the following extremely vague message:

Casinocasino.com can reject an application for an online casino Account, or close down an existing Account, in cases of noncompliance by the customer of the General Regulatory Obligations and for Responsible Gaming purposes.

The above does not clarify which rule I have broken, however what I do know is these crooks would never have paid out if I'd won, so therefore should return my deposits (which they are refusing to do)

This is literally theft and I won't allow them to get away with it. I will be contacting Casinomeister and advising them of this ROGUE casino unless my £200 deposit is refunded within 24 hours.
