Poor customer service!
Price promise failure.
Took out life insurance policy with alleged price promise that the monthly payments would never increase. However not so, every year the policy has increased, currently double the price than originally agreed.
Despite complaints by email and telephone. Im still waiting on resolve.
In process of cancelling policy!

Your policy includes an indexation option, which increases the level of cover each year to help maintain its value over time. When the level of cover increases, the monthly premium also increases in line with the updated level of cover and the policy terms. We will be in contact today.

Carl Thompson in Customer Service was a very exceptional insurance guy who helped me in every way possible to get a life cover. It took us a few months to get there because of retrieving medical reports etc, but he managed to find me a broker who accepted my application. Very satisfied and will recommend to anyone who is thinking of taking life cover.
