The Cast Iron Bath Company is a leading supplier of bathroom fixtures and fittings with specific focus on providing products in a large range of finishes and colours. Brassware is available in Chrome, Polished Nickel, Brushed Nickel, Polished Brass, Brushed Brass and Matt Black; Baths can be painted in any colour of choice; and Concrete Basins are available in a large range of popular colours.

Our Mission
Our purpose is simple - we want to enable our customers to create the bathroom of their dreams in a time-frame that matches their needs.
We maintain a high-availability approach to stock levels in our own product lines. Our own brand taps, showers and concrete basins are available for next day dispatch and baths are often available within 3 days unless custom painting is required, in this case then our lead times are 7 to 10 days. The bath is very nice
The bath is very nice. The wooden crate it came in was ridiculously heavy which meant we had to unpack it on the verge. Some people don’t live in places with pavements

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I attempted to make an online purchase, but their digital system was extremely problematic. First, I tried to pay with my credit card, which was refused but still resulted in a charge. I then switched to PayPal, only to face the same issue—my purchase was refused but I was still charged.
Seeking a resolution, I called their customer service, hoping to finalize my order without any further delays. Unfortunately, the process took another day, and I discovered that I had been charged three times. When I reached out to them for help, the representative was unhelpful and insisted that I resolve the issue with my bank, rather than taking responsibility for the errors on their end.
Overall, this experience was incredibly frustrating and stressful. The lack of professionalism and support was disappointing, and I will not be using their services again in the future.

We are delighted with our new Falmouth bath. It is everything we hoped for, the enamelling and painting are immaculately finished. It is just the right style and size for us. Customer service was very good, with prompt responses to our questions.

Just Beautiful !
I ordered last minute due to a change on my build, Team were incredibly helpful in ensuring I ordered everything I needed and got it to me on the right date for my build.
Qualify is excellent, I ordered, bath, sink, toilet and taps, friends and family who have seen the suite installed have commented on just how beautiful their products are. Plumber (who moans about everything) said it was a dream to install. The Bath is gorgeous, it takes centre stage and looks as if it will stand the test of time, I had looked at acrylic baths before taking the plunge and I've not been dissapointed.
CIBC are a rarity in today's world, yes you pay more for their products, but the quality and service far exceeds their price. I am currently renovating the whole of my home and CIBC are the only supplier on my build who I have firstly been able to talk to prior to ordering, delivered when they said they would and the quality has far exceeded my expectations.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service, bought shower kit @ over a £1000, and the front was all marked, have requested a return it’s really complicated and they are very reluctant to sort this out, very surprised I thought they would first apologise for sending out such shoddy items, and straight away send a label for return but no still waiting to get this, certainly not what I expected from the reviews on this page.

This bath is beautiful. Quality build and nicely finished. Ordering, the product itself and packaging of the bath was excellent. Delivery was a challenge as only had one driver.
