The Cast Iron Bath Company is a leading supplier of bathroom fixtures and fittings with specific focus on providing products in a large range of finishes and colours. Brassware is available in Chrome, Polished Nickel, Brushed Nickel, Polished Brass, Brushed Brass and Matt Black; Baths can be painted in any colour of choice; and Concrete Basins are available in a large range of popular colours.

Our Mission
Our purpose is simple - we want to enable our customers to create the bathroom of their dreams in a time-frame that matches their needs.
We maintain a high-availability approach to stock levels in our own product lines. Our own brand taps, showers and concrete basins are available for next day dispatch and baths are often available within 3 days unless custom painting is required, in this case then our lead times are 7 to 10 days. Access to ‘LIVE’ customer service people
I had to change my order a couple of times and rather than email and wait for a reply I called at the end of the day and spoke to someone directly. Extremely efficient and professional they sorted out my request within minutes. The products when they arrived were excellent.

Faulty goods
Faulty goods. The shower set I was given was fault and was missing rubber inside / around the nuts, the mixer is off and faulty and there is a small leak on one of the nuts. It’s so frustrating as I’ve had the bathroom fitted and spent a fortune. The plumber has fitted and refitted as I noticed the leaks but he showed me and it’s clear that the shower is faulty and has probably been resold on after being sent back before from someone else. It’s a shame as I spent a lot of money on this product and expected a lot more in terms of quality. I was so excited to buy this product and I’m left with a faulty one. Warning to anyone else potentially buying.

I ordered a complete suite last minute, and their team went above and beyond to ensure it arrived on time for my build. The quality of the bath, sink, toilet, and taps is exceptional, with everyone from friends to my plumber praising their beauty and ease of installation. Although a minor invoicing error delayed shipment, the superb customer service and craftsmanship more than compensated for it. The bath, a stunning centerpiece, promises durability that rivals any acrylic option I've seen. Despite higher prices, the value in quality and support is undeniable. Super company to deal with
Super company to deal with. Ordered the Calder shower range and Tamar toilet. I had an issue with payment which was a tad frustrating. When I spoke to Zoe she was fantastic. Very professional and advised that their fraud system is sensitive so any slight anomalies with how my address was written would be refused. She explained the payment hadn’t been taken and would be returned to my bank account immediately, my bank was showing that payment had been taken twice! She was able to help me with making a successful payment and proceeded to send the items out next day. All perfectly packaged and items super quality and look great. Professional delivery service too. Very happy and a great example of a bathroom company doing it well.

Customer service was great but the seat…
Customer service was great but the seat arrived damaged but once you break the seal of the packaging you can not return so we are out of luck which is very disappointing.
