I’ve been really impressed with the sales team throughout my new home purchase. They’ve been incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, always taking the time to answer my questions without ever being pushy. They’ve made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free, and I’ve felt well supported every step of the way.

Pam & Rhianna were super helpful and accommodating. We were treated a lot better than any of the other developers that we had enquired with and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I would avoid this company based on my experience. The aftercare has been extremely disappointing.

I moved into my property over a year ago and immediately raised concerns about creaking floorboards and the internal walls, which seem exceptionally thin. Although some work was carried out, the problems have never been properly resolved.

I was then told to take the matter up with Torus, but unfortunately my experience with them has been just as disappointing. Communication has been poor, responses have been slow, and despite these issues being ongoing for over a year, I am still waiting for a proper resolution.

Buying a new-build home comes with the expectation that genuine defects will be addressed promptly and professionally. Sadly, that has not been my experience.

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Castle Green, Bridgewater View, Daresbury Garden Village so far. The service and support we’ve received throughout the process have been extremely good.

A huge thank you to Hilary for all her help, support, and guidance right from our initial visit and reservation, all the way to exchanging contracts today. She has made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

We also had our 'Meet the Builder' event on Friday, and Jake was fantastic. He took the time to walk us both through the property, give us a detailed update on the house build status, and answer every question we had. He even shared some brilliant, practical advice for us moving forward, which we really appreciated.

Top-marks service all round—we’re really looking forward to the next steps.

Ellis & Kelly were super helpful and supportive during our sale and move to Trevalyn Meadows. All house moves are stressful, but it was great having them there to help with our process - it really felt like we had an extra resource to assist us. Thank you both. Now we're settling in after much unpacking, we're still reassured by the great after-sales help and love our new home.

We have just moved in to our new house in Colwyn Bay and love it. The team on site are great and support you really well often going above and beyond to help the move. Willow ( the system where you make your choices pre purchase and report faults after moving) needs some development work, otherwise the process is quite smooth and responsive. Would recommend.

I've been in my Castle Green Home for nearly 2 years now and I am more than ecstatic with the quality and the after care I've received from the North Wales customer care team! I would happily buy again from Castle Green due to the professionalism, friendliness, quality and easy process.

Every new build has its teething problems but when it comes to customer service it is second to none. Steve and Laura are a credit to the company. The move in date was delayed due to weather but we were kept up to date along the whole process. Even when there have been issues they have been dealt with, quickly and efficiently.

We previously lived in a new build and found the whole process with castle green to be a lot more seamless. Even now while the house is settling and we are getting snags, the aftercare is a 5* service. Thank you team

Having moved into our Castle Green property five years ago, we have experienced a number of issues with the build quality, many of which have required attention. The most recent concern is that our boundary brick walls are crumbling and becoming unstable.

After notifying Castle Green and giving them the opportunity to inspect and carry out any necessary remedial work, we were informed that the deteriorating brickwork is something we should simply “maintain” ourselves. This response is particularly disappointing given that these defects were first reported within the initial two-year builder warranty period.

It is difficult to understand how a boundary brick wall on a five-year-old property could reasonably require significant maintenance due to deterioration. If this is considered normal, it raises serious concerns about the quality and longevity of the workmanship, not only for the boundary walls but also for the brickwork throughout the property. Despite these concerns, Castle Green (North Wales customer care to be specific) have refused to carry out any remedial work.

Great experience at your Congleton site. The sales team were completely professional and listened to our needs. Excellent service at a great river side location.

We completed on our new Castle Green home in Hawthorn Meadows last week after reserving in October last year.

Although we had a four month delay with completion, now we’ve got the keys it was definitely worth the wait!

Laura has been brilliant throughout the whole process. She kept us updated, answered all of our questions, and was always at the end of the phone whenever we needed anything.

Steve has also been amazing. He works incredibly hard, nothing is ever too much trouble, and he was genuinely committed to handing over a beautiful home to us.

A big thank you as well to Nick, who has been brilliant over the last week, sorting our snagging list quickly and professionally.

We’re so happy with our new home and can’t wait to make lots of memories here. Thank you.

Me and my partner have just reserved our first home. After visiting multiple sites, it became clear to us that Castle Green were by far our favoured developer.

Both the location and service were absolutely faultless and we cannot wait to start our next chapter.

Your team have been very supportive throughout the process including sorting out any snagging straightaway.
The only small negative was the timeline to contract handover where there was a delay on the build. This was not communicated well, and could of been handled better

From the moment we fell in love with the development in January this year to moving into our new home last week, our Castle Green experience has been nothing but exceptional. Rhianna oversaw our purchase through from start to finish. She was friendly, informative, enthusiastic and tenacious with chasing our estate agents to help get the sale of our previous property over the line, despite us having very difficult buyers - we couldn't have been more pleased to have her on our 'team'! Pam was also a delight to liaise with towards the end of our purchase journey too!

We were kept in the loop with every update during the process and when we finally got to see our new home we were overjoyed with the standard of the finishings from Castle Green. Since moving in, Goff and the rest of the site team have gone over and above to ensure we have everything we need whilst settling in, and are always available to answer any questions!

From start to now, absolutely top class company, service and best of all… people. The house is lovely, the service is professional and the people are just wonderful human beings. Communication is excellent and products are high quality.

This is the very worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

I had commission a professional Snagging report when I moved in (Aug 2025) which identified over 75 pages worth of defects.

They were sent to the company and they started some remedial work to try and rectify the issues. Much of the work they completed was sub standard at best and a lot of the items on the list were simply marked as completed and they never even touched them.

Subsequently they damaged my car and property and I submitted a formal complaint. They made a load of promises and to date have not fulfilled most of them (as of February). I have been in this house 11 months and the aftercare is a disgrace.

This company only wants your money and if you do have issues they do not bother to sort them to a reasonable standard. I submitted a letter to them nearly 3 weeks ago which still hasn’t been responded to yet.

I would think long and hard before choosing this company. Once they have your money, you are no longer their priority.

I have initiated legal action through my home insurance legal cover.

** update, absolute pathetic response from the most useless company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE JOKERS**

We can’t recommend Sally at Castle Green highly enough. She has been incredibly helpful throughout our house purchase and has made what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable.

From the very beginning, Sally has been friendly, professional and always happy to answer our questions. She has kept us updated every step of the way and given us plenty of advice helping to make decisions much easier. (Especially when trying to pick our choices!)
