Slow delivery
I placed my order in December and am still waiting mid January to receive it. When I called I was told it was on hold as they were waiting for payment but no one had called me to tell me this or asked for payment. I do find the delivery very slow and would like to see it improved along with dialogue so if payment is required then at least I know!
