Faulty equipment and refusing to replace parts even when covered under warranty

I always receive a very prompt and professional service and on this occasion it was the same. This is the reason I choose the Catering Appliance Superstore as I know I'm going to get fair and competitive pricing, plus excellent customer service. Louise was again the person who helped me and she was great.

Customer service is awful. On delivery the drivers then refused to take the stairs as they said it was a 4 man job even after we stated there was stairs the day before. We said to the driver no problem leave it downstairs they insisted no it’s not a problem someone will come back next day and bring up the stairs so we agreed next day was fine. We then get a call from the company saying it’s a fee or £300 to bring 4 man out or even if we want it re delivered downstairs we have to now pay a extra fee of £100. Ridiculous company and customer service was no help just want the money or no help

I emailed Jemma with a list of items for quoting to refurbish a commercial kitchen. Within 1 hour she came back with a competitive quote and we are now waiting on our client to make the choice. I would be happy to recommend Jemma she was very pleasant and did as I asked swiftly. 👏🏼👏🏼

I phoned with an order an hour after the cut off deadline. Fiona said I’ll see if I can sort it and so she did. My new glass washer arrived at 8:30 next morning.Absolutely Fabulous service!

My experience of dealing with Catering Appliance has been excellent in every aspect of purchasing new appliances and furniture. After having some extremely serious issues with Adexa and ending up in court I was really dubious about ordering more items online. Catering Appliance are on a totally different level. Items arrive super quick. I did have a damaged item which they swiftly attended to. Customer service have been polite and pleasant and very courteous. Thank you Catering Appliance for a totally different and pleasant experience.

Ordered products almost 2 months, money taken but it’s been delayed again and again. I’ve requested a refund since I found it it will be delayed again and was advised they will have to cancel their order before I can get a refund back. Shocking…. They basically taken my money for over 2 months, no stock arrive and now delaying refund again… let’s see if I will get a refund.
