I honestly cannot fault. Impeccable service. Always do what they can on price. I always research prices and try and get the best value for money that I possibly can whilst also trying to keep to one supplier, so always give the opportunity to match if I find a lower price. Very quick to respond to questions are queries. Delivery always prompt and reliable. Best of all worlds. My now go to supplier for all my catering requirements.

Worst experience ever.

Lack of communication, lack of customer services. Completely disappointed. We spoke to a customer service agent who made our life super complicated and no other agent would pick the matter.

We placed the order on a Saturday thinking of receiving it on Tuesday (a big order and they advertised 24hr delivery guarantee for orders before 3 pm on the day before, that was the only reason why we decided to go for JJ Martin ). We called to see if there was a possibility of having the delivery scheduled, they said “ would let you know”. however we only got the answer on Tuesday at 4:35pm that it comes with a cost and we were never advised that this would stop the delivery for a few days.

They should be able to explain beforehand that if there is a need for scheduled delivery it can incur a delay of the delivery expectations provided by your tracking link.

After that, on Wednesday after back and forward with the agent, he advised TWICE that “Normal delivery was requested to XPO anytime in the day should be delivered on Thursday between 8am and 6pm” We agreed on that.

Thursday morning we call XPO and they had the delivery in hold because they were still waiting the payment for the scheduled delivery, XPO asked us to call back JJ Martin since they were never advised to proceed with normal delivery on Thursday. We called the agent and he asked us should we agree on standard delivery?
That was already part of the plan but the agent forgot to tell XPO the day before.
Another lie.

Bottom line our business taking a loss.

The agent is still telling us let me try and see if I can have it delivered “today “otherwise not will be tomorrow.
XPO already told us that if JJ Martin confirm by 3 pm on Thursday today, will be delivered tomorrow as standard delivery. So why JJ Martin customer services is giving the false expectation of “trying to have it delivered by today”, lack of competency.

Why JJ is advertising on their website a 24hr delivery? Another lie.

We couldn’t speak to a manager to explain the situation. Apparently you need to book a 24hrs call back.

Great customer service , quick efficient , and proactive . Able to choose delivery days and hold back certain items

I recently placed an order with Catering Appliance Superstore, only to have it canceled due to a pricing error. Despite receiving an order confirmation, the company offered only a tiny discount as compensation, which is unacceptable. I also missed out on another deal because of this issue. Very disappointed with their customer service and handling of the situation. I expected better from a company of this size and reputation. I would not recommend them based on this experience.

Tracey ws so helpful and made sure I had the right applicance for LPG - her diligence and support and care helped us obtain the item we needed, as an emergency, within 24 hours.

All questions answered very promptly and in full. Great service.

Clear and to the point to resolve the issue

We had retired and sold the business. I wanted to deactivate the account and to be honest I didn't expect anything to be done. However, received email and account deactivated. Great admin and customer support - well done.

I am ordering big machine by mistake. They cancelled and refunded directly. Very good service

When things go wrong it really shows how good a company are with customer care. 2 deliveries of damaged goods and boy did a rocket get us the 3rd and thankfully undamaged item to us in superquick time. Have signed up for an account and have just bought another item. Thank you Jim.

Absolute joke of a company, send the wrong part that won’t fit, that’s my fault. The part got dumped in the car park upon delivery and damaged and that’s my fault. Also I have to pay for restocking even though the part was sent in error by them…their words, “no one told you it was the right part” even though they guided me to the part number and sent a part twice the size but that’s my fault apparently. Outrageous.
