We're sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. We always aim to be transparent about our returns policy, including any restocking fees and delivery charges, which are outlined in our terms and conditions. If there has been any misunderstanding or discrepancy in the refund amount, we'd welcome the chance to look into it further for you. I can see in this case we were also charged a delivery fee by our supplier so this was included in the charge, which unfortunately is unavoidable.
Had to change the delivery address…
Had to change the delivery address slightly and Jemma was brilliant in acting quickly to get that changed in time. She also promised to confirm via email which she did (so often that is not the case with companies!).

returning is very difficult
I have tried to return a cooker that was not suitable and have a different cooker delivered. I asked if the original one could be picked up at the same time as having the new one delivered.
This does not seem to be possible so i will have to arrange a courier to pick this up.

Unfortunately, as we rely on our suppliers to manage both deliveries and collections, we're sometimes limited by their logistics and scheduling systems. This means we’re not always able to coordinate exchanges or simultaneous pick-up and delivery, though we certainly wish we could.
That said, we truly appreciate your patience and are here to help in any way we can. We will make sure your feedback is passed on to the relevant party.

Rang up to see if a product was in stock and at 3pm spoke to a lovely lady on the phone explained that we needed the item the next day, she was was very helpful and let me know she would get the order out ASAP for next day delivery. Ordered received by 11am the next day. Amazing customer service and speedy delivery!

We have been waiting months for a part for an expensice commercial washer which cost us a lot of money. The part finally came. We've now been waiting over a week for an appointment to fix it. Very poor customer service

We bought an Automatic Water Bolier from Catering Appliances Superstore. The unit died after 12 months. Catering Appliances Superstore do not follow the EU Warranty guidelines, over complicate the process and want to charge me for their own engineer to repair a warranty fault.

To clarify, all our warranty policies are based on and adhere strictly to the terms set out by our suppliers and are clearly stated at the time of purchase. In this case, it appears the unit was unfortunately outside of its warranty period, which is why a chargeable service was offered for further inspection and repair.
We always aim to be as transparent as possible with our customers regarding warranty coverage, and we’re happy to discuss this further if you'd like more details about the warranty terms specific to your product.

Two tea pots actually arrived broken, but after reporting Shelley promptly sorted out my issue so I was very satisfied.

I have purchased many items from the catering appliance superstore in the last month and have been thrilled with the prices, delivery times but most of all there customer service. I had quite a lot of contact with customer service and sales as I had a tricky location to deliver a large fridge but they dealt with it very well and always called when they stated.
