Terrible customer service and warranty…
Terrible customer service and warranty not worth the paper it’s written on. Chefmaster microwave with 8 months warranty almost sets on fire internally and told we burnt it! It’s an unsafe product that is a fire hazard!

We are sorry to hear this. As the product warranty is covered by the manufacturer, they have full jurisdiction regarding if the the product misfunction aligns with the t&c's of the warranty. On this occasion, they believed that the microwave had been subject to damage by something hot. I am happy to investigate this further, but the manufacturer's decision is usually final.

David White the engineer was fantastic
David White the engineer was fantastic. Have had a series of bad experiences with commercial dishwasher engineers but David was in a different class. Rest of service was fine but was not prompt. The delivery and installation was good. I wish that someone had asked if we needed to have our old dishwasher removed. I thought that I had asked about it but I had not and then had to pay even more to have this done despite having paid a lot for the delivery and installation. I would recommend them as service was efficient.

They are very very efficient and professional. And if your order requires special attention because they've kindly made a special order for you - well you are in good hands.
Lindsey will keep tabs on it and keep you informed of progress all the way through - even if it's slipped through your consciousness - you'll be updated reliably.
And Catering Appliance are not only caring and efficient - but they are very competitive in pricing. Believe me, I know.
The price range for some of my stuff fluctuated alarmingly but Catering Appliance won through - and honoured their pricing.

We had an issue with a freezer
We had an issue with a freezer, this was replaced early this year. Last week we had the same issue, after arranging an engineers visit Catering Appliance have offered me a full refund.
Yesterday I placed an order for a new freezer (different brand) which very promptly was delivered this morning.
