Great site. Quick payouts, my withdrawals were all processed the same day. I verified my account before I deposited so had no issues with verification. Also, great bonuses for level ups, but need to be claimed and used within 24hrs.

I had a sudden phone number change and it took a few days to resolve. With the phone number change, I had two withdrawals pending $150 and $50. Those withdrawals were returned 4 times with zero explanation. After 3 weeks of utter complete nonsense try to receive the withdrawals I finally gave up and lost the funds. Or did I? I actually hit a great bonus that paid a 2500x and withdrew $450, but… I knew the withdrawal would fail. So 4 days later, after being told it was paid out and I’d get my money, the withdrawal failed! Now I’m furious and went to customer service. They told me my government issued licences wasn’t valid as proper documentation to validate my account. I took a screenshot of the accepted identification and sent it to them and had no response. So after 3 weeks of failed withdrawals, the reason they failed is because when I changed my phone number, I needed to reverify my account because I had also moved. So the safety protocols are there, caxino needs to ensure the staff are trained to explain that because you changed phone numbers and moved you’d need to verify your account as a security protocol. Instead I had to find out the hard way almost 3 weeks after the first failed withdrawal. As for the casino aspect, I love it. It’s my go to for online gaming.

Update. Almost a month without a successful withdrawal from caxino. Stemming from the original $150 and $50. Still waiting for the $400. My account was verified with my government issued valid drivers license. Customer service clearly has no clue what their talking about.

Slow Customer service. Very long time to wait withdrawals to come to you. Would not recommend.

I don’t understand how Caxino can be SO ahead of everybody else here. For document verification they will take care of it within hours, for withdraws it’s the same. I really think this is the best online casino and it’s not particularly close. They pay you what you’re owed promptly and without trouble which is an experience I haven’t always had with any other online gaming site

Klar es gibt auch mal Durststrecken, aber im Gegensatz zu anderen Casinos, habe ich hier nicht das Gefühl komplett ausgenommen zu werden. Bisher hatte ich noch keinen Monat, wo ich mehr eingezahlt habe als ausgezahlt, also bisher immer im Plus, wobei die Range da auch recht hoch ist von 150 Euro bis 7000 Euro.
Die Auzahlungen gehen auch recht fix, allerdings würde ich mir noch die eine oder andere Einzahlungsmethode wünschen.
