Amazing

I had to report 2 problems to John Sinclair. The rubbish store which had been abused with large tip rubbish and the Hall way carpet which had become stained over the years. Within a small space of time the bin store was throughly cleared and cleaned and back to how it should be. The carpets were professionally cleaned and have been restored and come up like new.
Both of these problems as normal when reporting to John were dealt with swiftly and efficiently. John is a person you can completely rely on to sort any problem you have.

Mr Kenan Necchi

We have had the sheer pleasure of dealing with Mr Necchi for the past 6 months. Mr Necchi has had to deal with some very difficult residents due to past neglect from Caxtons.

Mr Necchi has been hardworking, pro-active and always goes above and beyond to keep us happy.

Outstanding property management

I have the pleasure of dealing with Mr Kenan Necchi at Caxtons who manages a residential building here in Ashford, Kent. His professionalism and dedication is second to none. His knowledge across property management is outstanding and his attention to detail quite remarkable. Above all Kenan is utterly reliable and we are delighted that he oversees our building. There are challenges with large scale buildings but with his knowledge and care, we find ourselves confident in our daily operations. Thank you Kenan.

A wonderful agency, would recommend to all!!

Due to a change in career and a subsequent move to London, time has come to vacate a property managed by Caxtons lettings team. In this regard, I would like to thank Debbie Pennell and her team at the Gillingham office for their speedy response to arranging repairs and pest control, as well as lettings enquiries and providing references. I would most definitely recommend Debbie and the team at Caxtons to anyone looking to rent or let a property.

When receiving an email about late…

When receiving an email about late payments and additional future fines, Which I wasn't aware about. I think it would be better for these type of emails to be sent earlier in the day, rather than 5pm. To give people enough time to reply and not ruin the evening. Other than that, everything has been good and I was able to sort the problem Promptly the next day.

If Zero stars was an option !

If you are a student beware .
This company does not give you a good
Experience of renting .
Poor management , disorganisation and a general disregard for students rights .
One of my sons housemates described it as feeling like I’ve been scammed … can’t sum it up better …. STILL waiting for what deposit they haven’t deducted …. Property was left in good/clean condition …. Blu tack marks on the wall barely visible and a scuff on the mat coming in to the house and the tenants were deducted £600… repeated emails and phone calls for the balance and still no sign … even though we were promised had been paid …. Have a large portfolio so almost unavoidable to not rent through them but make sure you are cautious … wouldn’t want anyone else to have the same first time experience .

Wish I could give 6 stars!!!

Amazing!!

We have had a leak inside our flat from the above property and we was extremely concerned for further damage due to Caxtons being closed on weekends but thankfully our maintenance manager, Keenan has decided to work during his own time. Keenan has kept us in the loop and sourced a contractor to attend.

If this was not enough, Keenan decided to come to meet us and the contractor at our house, went to the above property to arrange for the contractor to enter and the contractor fixed the leaking pipe.

Being a single father I was worried about costs of repairs due to living on a single income and the whole situation was very overwhelming but to my surprise Keenan decided to pay the contractor out of his own back pocket and have my ceiling repainted!!

Keenan, you have a very beautiful soul and I am forever grateful for your kind gesture and once I am back up on my feet I would love to repay you,

It has been an uphill climb for him due to the ever so demanding residents and lack of service prior to him starting but we collective wanted to show our appreciation for the hard work, out of hours calls and emails and consistent effort provided by Kenan,

Awful company no respect for autistic people in distress

Awful company!
Issues with my flat block alarms always going off and no one comes to switch them off in a timely professional manner, leaving it raining out for days before someone can be bothered to attend tp turn it off, I called today at 2pm to report the loud alarm ringing my ears, the logged it but no one came out the day got later so I followed up with a call who said they will be our tomorrow, in mean time I'm left to listen to this noise where I am located on the side of the block near the entrance where the already system is I can hear it loudly and I'm forced to close all my windows on a warm day and evening, I know this noise will go on through the night time I can hear it loudly from the bedroom it will keep me up all night and distress me I explained I was autistic and had sound sensory issues and will cause me issues through the night, no cares was given to that when tried to sympathise with them they took a patronising approach to me and made me feel like crap and not taken seriously, they make me feel like I'm only one reporting it when it's a clear problem, even if I wasn't autistic no one should be left to lose sleep over alarm not being turned off by a company between the security company and caxtons block management they are useless and unhelpful each time I call about this on going issue, I wouldn't touch caxtons with a 10ft barge pole honestly, they don't care about anyone else's home life being ruined let alone the effects it has on someone with autism, sound sensory issues, ADD and ADHD, I feel helpless because of cactons and in for a rough night with no sleep and plenty of distress. If you have a chance to keep clear of Caxtons on any level I would stay well clear.

Closing our account.

I would like to thank Debbie and her staff at the Gillingham office for the excellent service and attention we have had over the years. We have had to sell our rented property recently and so our association has ended at the moment, but we would recommend their services to anyone looking to rent and requiring an agent.
