Excellent EXCELLENT work. Cant emphasize that enough. From the first phone call, Mike took his time to hear my every concern and he explained in detail what the possible issues could be and the different ways to tackle them. Never once did I feel rushed or trying to be sold. He explained everything in detail so I had a good understanding of what exactly we were dealing with. Mike gave me straight talk. Three weeks prior to calling Mike, I had called a local company out of pure desperation since the cesspool backup started to flood not only my bathroom but heavy amounts of water was leaking into my basement. This is the first time Ive ever experienced something like this so I had no idea on what to do or how this problem is happening. I did no research online, I just called the first company that popped up on my search and they came next day. This company 'completed' the job in less than 30 minutes, and basically took our money and never fixed the issue. Three weeks later Im going through the same problem which is when I found CDM. This time I was looking for the great reviews, and after reading their outstanding reviews I decided to give them a call to see about prices because I was now furious that hundreds were just spent and Im still back at square 1. Mike gave me the breakdown of his prices over the phone which were very reasonable. Mike and Johnny came early the next day and encouraged me to stay and learn the process of what they were doing so I could see first hand that things 'were getting done'. He literally walked me through every aspect and I love that he did that! Him and Johnny were here about 2 hours from start of the process to end. They were awesome. Very thorough guys. Very respectful. Very knowledgeable. Would HIGHLY recommend these guys to anyone in need of cesspool services. I wanted to wait before writing this review to make sure the problem was truly fixed. Well almost 2 months later and everything has been perfect. Mike also assured me if in the event a problem was to arise, he would come back out to fix it no charge. Amazing service. I wish I would have found his company the first time when this all began. You will not be disappointed. 5 stars in my book!
