I have been taking our vehicles to Cedar garages for some years. I am always impressed with the efficiency, honesty and can-do attitude. Whether I am asking for a quote to fix a £200 old jalopy or a beloved classic, I always get treated as if I pulled up in a Spectre. Quality customer service and careful attention to detail are the norm for this business.

Serviced my automatic and charged me less than quoted. All good. Phoned them up a few months later to enquire what anti freeze they had used as not indicated on invoice. Said they would get back to me but didn't. Months later I booked another service and asked them to change the gearbox oil. They said they didn't have the trained mechanics to do this...recommended a specialist company in Hove. I ended up doing it myself. It was an awkward job without standard garage facilities but not complex. I was disappointed with their attitude and got the impression they didn't want tricky jobs, which is just the sort of work I would pay a mechanic for. Anyone can change an air filter or engine oil. The date of service is wrong but close!

Although not the cheapest, these guys are pros. Great customer service. Happy to trust my vehicle to this company.

Amazing staff that were super helpful. I was told they were very busy and the car would be ready on Friday but they pulled out all the stops and had it ready for Wednesday! Fair price for an excellent service too.

Good customer service, sorted my problems that I came in with

Design fault on the back seatbelt on our 2024 Hyundai Tuscon made our seat unusable. Called Cedar to see if they could help - quoted approx £150, for labour, but if it took less time, they would charge me less. Am happy to report that seatbelt ws fixed and I'm only £25 down. Honest garage. Few of those about today...

Professional set up in Worthing, can call and get through, speaking to a person who seem to be genuine in giving advice. Required a check up which was all documented, agreed to work being done as felt garage is trustworthy.

Cedar have a very transparent way of working. They keep me informed at every stage with details of what is required. The communication is excellent and courteous. Kayleigh is a star.
