Knowledgeable and patient staff answering my numerous questions, and detailed inspection report which I wasn’t expecting for a relatively small job but it was very reassuring as the car is new to me. Speedy battery replacement
Diagnostic check booked for the Wed but discovered it was just a battery change. Cedar rapidly ordered the battery and suggested that they could fit it in that day. I arrived at the same time as the battery and it was all done and dusted within 2 hours. They also fixed my key, gratis. Thank you for your help, flexibility and diligence.

Advice on the best cafe for breakfast from Kaely (apologies if spelt wrong).
Vehicle ready in good time and price as per quote.
This is a very professional outfit and friendly too. Best HEVRA garage for miles and a lot cheaper than BMW!

I recently took my car into them to diagnose a couple of faults
They kept me updated every step of the way and and fixed the issues with the car
Same great service and if something doesn’t need doing they also let you know rather than just doing it regardless

A First Class Company.
I contacted this company after recommendation from a family member. I had the timing chain renewed to my 7 year old Juke. The quote I obtained was reasonable and much less than a main dealer quote. The staff I spoke to on the telephone were extremely pleasant and polite. All in all a very good experience and I would recommend without hesitation.

Excellent customer service
Recently I took my 20yr old VW car to cedar garage for an inspection after the windscreen wipers stopped working.
The team quickly diagnosed the fault-faulty motor and regulator-and informed me replacement parts would take 6day.
When I went to collect the car they explained the reassembly would involve extra cost.
Given the forecasted heatwave and my need to travel they agreed without hesitation
to reassemble .
Once parts arrived and full repair was completed that did not charge for reassembly-offering it as a goodwill gesture
I’m deeply grateful for their professionalism and kindness to me
