Excellent customer service with the company wanting to do right by the customer when issues were brought up to them.

I bought a Herman Miller ergonomic chair from them, which unfortunately got a bit damaged during delivery and I only noticed after cleaning the chair a few days later.

When I contacted the company, someone reached out to call and I was given a replacement chair, which they even helped to bring up the stairs for me.

Update: Even still no response from Chairdinkum. But I surprisingly received a DHL parcel from Flokk AS which is the replacement parts. Happy with the final result, so updated my rating to 4 stars.

I ordered a chair and it arrived with a dent on the back and a base cover that doesn’t fit properly.

When I asked about tracking, they replied within 20 minutes, which was great. But when I emailed about the issues with the chair, I haven’t had any response for over a week.

Extremely frustrating — poor customer service and no support

Appalling customer service from the owner. I called and emailed multiple times, and after several attempts finally received a list of chairs. I followed up three times asking for pricing and was told twice that it would be sent “today” — it never arrived. My messages were completely ignored after that. Totally unprofessional experience.

After weeks of trying to purchase a chair from Chair Dinkum, I reached out to Ergoport
instead. Within half an hour, they provided a detailed list of available chairs with pricing, and I was able to place my order and arrange delivery immediately. The contrast in service could not have been clearer.

Go to Ergoport instead.

10/10 - Ridiculously honest, expert & helpful advice, best pricing I could find anywhere, utterly transparent, great service, prompt communication, easy process, I'll definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

They were super professional, bought a Herman Miller Aeron Chair Graphite, very happy with the purchase and the guy running the business was a legend organising delivery for me to suit my schedule.

I had a chair in mind for my lower back pain. Upon asking this company if this were the best chair within my budget, I was told "NO! There are far better chairs". The chair I bought that was recommended to me has AGGRAVATED my lower back condition and the owner of the company doesn't want to know about it. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and a manager who should not be recommending chairs. Will be taking this further.
