Excellent Service and Great Communication
I’ve had a really positive experience dealing with Jamie Woodman from my letting agency. She is always professional, friendly, and quick to respond whenever issues come up at the property. She does an excellent job organising contractors and making sure repairs are sorted efficiently and with minimal hassle. Communication has always been clear, and she genuinely seems to care about getting things resolved properly. Really appreciate all her help and would happily recommend her services.”

I really enjoyed working with this letting agency. They were the most attentive and swift with responses and getting back to me as soon as possible. Conversations were handled very professional and via phone, email and in-person. The whole process from house viewing to signing the lease has been very easy and appreciative.

No communication and false information
Terrible communication on Bradley’s part. Called to enquire about a property that was up for rent and was told it’s not currently available for viewing due to still being lived in. I had made an appointment via the site and also called beginning of the following week to get a viewing again speaking to Bradley. To then be told that viewings have ended as someone is interested in the property that viewed it last week, yet I was told viewings were not possible. Almost comes across as favouritism and not giving others a chance. First and last time I ever bother to check in with this agency
