They started out as Local Leads. Now called Cheap Ass Leads.
They give you nothing. I signed up for a 30 day trial and they keep charging. The phone is now disconnected and they don't respond to emails. I got AMEX involved and somehow the dispute was not approved. How, I have no idea. Now, I have to get a lawyer involved.
Stay away! Very Far away!

The leads are crap, I made the mistake of going with them for 3 months and it’s the worst referral service ever! I told them I was going inactive but they said I still had to finish my contract. When I tried to get hold of them to tell them I wanted to cancel it took numerous calls and emails before they got back with me! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!

I can't believe these people are still ripping people off. I made the mistake a few years ago and signed up. Out of curiously I looked today and they still have an active website running. DON"T fall prey

There is lots of fake activity on the app. It looks like some generation is happening however, out of several months, there were no leads provided and even after canceling they found a way to continue billing, even when card was changed.
Not a trustworthy company. Continues to validate why agents will only use known companies like realtor.com or Zillow, which are more reputable.

Leads aren’t good. The required $17 a month phone/messaging service you have to pay never functioned correctly. I have emailed, called, and sent messages through their website to cancel and have heard nothing back. I have had this service at least 6 months and got ahold of one person ever.

I signed up for their monthly leads (and paid extra) and they sent me out of state leads on the other side of the US. None of their leads were valid and their CRM failed to text any of the leads that did come in. Complete failure of services on their end. HIGHLY recommend to NOT use them. Terrible service.

Not worth the phone call.
They simply spam random ppl hoping that someone want to sell a house.
First month i was promised 8 leads minimum.
I got 7 messages from the CRM
5 ppl said stop as in stop spamming.
And 2 said we don’t own a house.

Bad company selling lies. Do not trust this company.

There is not enough space for me to write all that was promised and what was delivered. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They are a SCAM that take your money to give you FAKE leads!

1 day after i purchased the product i decided they are not going to work for me.
They charged my credit card and i disputed the 497 BS after a month my credit card company came back to me and

They said i received leads i didnt if you want to toss 400 out the window send it this way..

If this persist and i dont get a refund let me know im going to start a class action law suit for Fraud

Horrible company if I could give zero stars I would do not waste your time or money with these people. I decided I wanted to cancel with them after two months of their leads not working I looked up all the numbers none of them were even zoned for my area. From the moment I got on their portal it said I work in Daytona I work in Saint Augustine, I had asked them several times to fix that nothing. I was guaranteed by Angelina that I would receive at least one closing within The 1st 2 months from this company nothing, none of the leads were even zoned for me. They weren’t even valid leads. They were people who were not interested in buying or selling. Unfortunately I was charged while I was overseas for the 3rd month and I had no way of getting to wifi to cancel my subscription not to mention getting on a telephone with someone in the country I was in if I was even on the wifi for a second all of my information would be stolen in seconds. Even though they technically gave me no good leads at all I just asked for the 3rd month I thought that was more the generous to do so. They said they wouldn’t be able to grant me that and they charge a cancel charge they said they’d do no fee for cancellation and then threatened me by not doing it if I didn’t cooperate with them. Then at the end of the phone call they were like if you don’t need any other help in other words, if you don’t want to stay with our company and spend even more money with us for leads that are not in your area and not helpful to you then I’m going to have to hang up the phone and help other rockstars that are exceeding in this niche. Literally basically verbatim what Paul or Kevin said to me. He hung up the phone after that. What an awesome company !

I don’t know how these unethical companies stay in business and get away with this total robbery ! Rachel Villegas sells this service any way she can making promises just to make the sale , knowing that it is a lie. Her key to success is to just keep auto texting people until they opt out .
NOT ONE Valid lead was provided. I’m not sure where the data dump comes from , but the leads were not looking for any form of real estate . A few were trying to sell me a service. I gave 30 day notice and they put it off for 3 weeks – again unethical. THIS IS A SCAM! I will be notifying the BBB of this con and I suggest that anyone who has had the same unfortunate experience also file a complaint to make other hard-working agents aware.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY they are a SCAM !!!!! They took 1000.00 out of my account after I spoke with them numerous times! I paid for 100 leads and never got over 5 and of them 4 didnt even know where I got their information from. They will not call you back and conveniently threaten to continue to deduct the money. Brandon is a Liar! They do not care about their clients!

I can write a book on there lies and promises, there is a department that makes up the leads and numbers my opinion. I was told the leads where vented, 2 months in they asked me who told me that. I was also told in their stats I should be able to close 2.8 deals in 90 days. I didn't get one person out of 160 leads to talk with me. Bad company; probably a scam. worst customer service, they lie for you to sign with them.

I agreed to sign up for this exclusive lead generation machine, I was promised 8-10 leads for $120 per month with the option to stop CAL membership with 30 days notice, and not be further charged... this company cheap Ass Leads Does not do what they promise, they provided to me 7 leads, 6 were not viable names, emails or phone numbers and there were no client addresses. The 1 lead was a bankruptcy situation looking for a place to rent... I did add value to her situation in providing a number for a provider who can help her clear her credit, post the bankruptcy finalizing. They promise very modest services, and provide less than that... BRANDON told me that my next renewal charge is oct 4 and that charge is not prorated from today's 30 day cancelation notice date. I feel robbed, demeaned, and scammed by cheap ass leads is where I notified my desire to exit their non-functioning program, and Brandon called to ask if I could continue to pay them for more months... My 30 days notice should be prorated. He said they don't prorate, nor do they provide the services they promise and should be contractually bound by. Where is my insurance for their lack of following their agreement.

Total Scam received one lead that asked them to stop contacting them. I had to give them a thirty-day notice to cancel over two hundred dollars For one lousy lead. They send videos of other's success instead of the leads you paid for. Save your money; you can watch videos on YouTube for free.

Best bang for your buck, worked with them for years. You do have to filter through the leads - there will be bad leads but there is so much gold inside what they give you if you just put the work in.
