Everything was fine with processing the order and I am happy with the quaility of the leaflets. Sadly the company was let down by their delivery service (I had standard delivery). They left the package outdoors in an open place on a rainy day. The rain simply soaked through cardboard packaging and damaged a good proportion of the contents. Had they used their brain, there were ample shelted places. The company could cover their deliveries in a plastic delivery bad to avoid this.

I ordered A5 leaflets and selected a specific delivery date to meet an important deadline. The leaflets arrived a day late, rendering them useless for their intended purpose. I requested a refund and was told days later that my request was under review — I received no further update. Despite chasing again, I have still heard nothing. The communication has been consistently poor and the service has been deeply disappointing.

I've never used this company before but they were really helpful during the ordering process. They even halted my order when I realised I'd made a mistake with the artwork I supplied. Great customer service. Thank you

Been using these guys for over a year now with several projects. We don’t have a design team and often get things slightly wrong and not getting the best out of our fliers these guys never complain and are always will to offer good sound advice the quality of the print is second to none and they have never failed to achieve their delivery dates. I made a couple of orders with this company recently and have had a truly horrific experience. The first order was for two A1 posters. They were damaged on delivery. After multiple emails including all the details, photos etc they replaced one of the posters. I still haven't received the other one. Every time I emailed, they just kept asking me for the same evidence. The second order was for two separate A5 leaflets - one for 100 copies and a different leaflet for 1000 copies. I received 1 version of leaflet for 1100 copies. Again, MULTIPLE emails with evidence and photos. Eventually I received the proper print run. This company does not work weekends or holidays and NEVER answers the phone. They may well be the cheapest online, but they are also rubbish.

I made my design, submitted it to C.P.O, and they made sure it was OK to produce... That was on Monday. I was expecting delivery the following Monday ... It arrived in the same week ... a beautiful 4' x 10' full colour banner. Absolutely perfect, better than expected... I'll be back for more ... Thank you C.P.O !!!

Edit: Initial experience was extremely stressful as my express order for my salon opening failed and I was informed too late to fix the issue. However, after escalation the company issued a full refund, voucher and apology, so I appreciate the effort to resolve the matter.
Guess I’m one of not many unlucky here as after placing my order on Monday and Tuesday for express service I haven’t heard back from them until Friday 3 p.m. to get the message that my art work was not uploaded which is not true as everything went smooth during ordering uploading and payment process! Telephone not answered deadline missed and I’m left opening my beauty salon on Sunday without my leaflets and coupons😞 Thanks Cheapest print online! Seems this lesson learned. Lower price lower results 😭😭😭 Ps. Two different orders made on Monday and Tuesday were not fulfilled due as company explained lack of art provided which in both cases were provided during the process of ordering, therefore I advise to send art twice just to be sure.
