After submitting an enquiry the whole process was amazing. I had a speedy reply and was kept updated . My claim was successful and whole claim was dealt with quickly. Amazing!

Saw a success story posted in a newspaper - and it reminded me of an experience I had a few years ago. So I decided to pop them an email.
The individual who first responded to me was very friendly, professional & transparent about all costs involved. It was 5/5.
Throughout the entire experience (about 10 weeks) I’ve had with them - they’ve been great.
The only small (very small) negative was the delay at the end - i received the money about 3 weeks after they estimated. And I wish I was kept more in the loop in those 3 weeks (I was the one who had to send a chase up email).
However, overall, it was great & Craig did an excellent job (it was not him who I was waiting on for a few weeks) - he was clear about what I should expect and what he will do!
