We used Cheetah Cars to pick us up from Wembley after a concert. They were helpful and friendly from start to finish and provided an excellent service. Would highly recommend!

The service provided to us was outstanding. The driver arrived and was waiting for us at our hotel 10 minutes early. Took some time to research the best traffic route for our trip to Heathrow terminal 4 and reached out destination ahead of schedule.

I booked at the last minute driver was early even when we had road closure he was very patient God to our destination without any issues.
When traveling in and out of London you should figure at least 50% more time to get somewhere

Awesome. They picked my mum up earlier than we had scheduled. She's elderly and needs assistance so we over estimated how long she would need to get through immigration and baggage reclaim. When they knew she was out, they went to get her. Not all cab companies are equal. Thank you

Disgusting service. I booked cars for a corporate trip a week in advance, and 12 hours before the trip they “cancelled” it and are hiding behind the excuse that they called, but not a single employee of this company called the number provided, apparently because it is a Czech number. When I finally got through myself, I was told that all cars for tomorrow had been cancelled. A horrible employee with a hellish Indian accent. A disgusting company, and God forbid they don’t refund the money — we will sue them.

I am so pleased with my experience, first time to try cheetah car and definitely won’t be the last, the driver (Sohail) was extremely professional, polite, on time, helped with luggage, smiling and welcoming. Its was lovely to be welcomed at the airport with this lovely manners. We got stuck in heavy traffic due to a highway accident he didn’t complain once or had an attitude, stayed calm quiet and professional. Driving was sleek and no drama, job was done to perfection. We had a great experience with Cheetah Cars for our transfer from Heathrow Airport to our Airbnb. The driver arrived on time, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.

What really stood out was how genuinely helpful the driver was. He didn’t just drop us off—he got out of the car to check the house numbers and made sure we were at the correct property before leaving, which we really appreciated after a long flight.

The booking system was also excellent. We received regular updates, and being able to track the driver’s location on the way to the airport gave us peace of mind.

Wish I’d found these guys earlier. Arrived early, provided tracking. Nice car and driver and way more reasonable than all the other quotes to Heathrow at 5am. Will use them from now on
