Excellent service from this company. Garments arrived next day. Beautiful, but did not fit. Return was easy by Tracked Royal Mail, and refund received the following week.

Top class
Top class, speedy communication and every possible help offered - including finding me a garment in a size not available online. Returns made incredibly easy offering a "non-printer" version. Refund was quick too.
The whole shopping, selecting, trying and returning journey was made frictionless.
Am thrilled with my mother-of-the-bride outfit. I'll look great and be super comfortable at the same time!

Beautiful clothes
Beautiful clothes although sizing not consistent. I was size 16 to 18 in one dress and 20 to 22 in the other. Good quality, special.

Oh dear Chesca - what's happened
The quality of the dresses was nowhere near as good as previous ones I've bought. Also sizes were between this and that and not definite size so they didn't fit. Then took far too long for return to be acknowledged and I had to repeatedly chase to find out what was happening. Clothes and customer services nowhere near as good as they used to be

Quick delivery of a beautiful garment…
Quick delivery of a beautiful garment despite the cost of delivery to Ireland. Unfortunately Brexit has made it difficult to import from the UK; many companies won’t export to Ireland any more because of the cost. Thankfully, despite the added costs, Chesca does. Thank you.
