SCAMMERS!!!! Absolute robbing Chinese bastards. Not a fancy London store as they portray to be. No customer service, No refund. I am £80 out of pocket. Hope karma catches up with them. !! 😡

Avoid this company like the plague! They are very disingenuous. They purport to being a UK/London based company. This is far from the truth, they are based in China. My complaints with this company are:
1. The order took well over a month to arrive, summer was almost over by the time the order eventually arrived
2. I tried to cancel the order when after two weeks the order hadn't been despatched. They refused to do so even though the order hadn't been despatched. I was told I could return the order once it had arrived.
3. The quality of the clothes is appalling, I wouldn't even use them to wash the floor.
4. When I tried to return the order (after it eventually arrived), I was advised that I needed to return the order to China, and that I would need to pay the return postage (even though I advised them previously they would pay the return postage as I had tried to cancel)
They also advised me that most parcels that are returned to them get 'lost' in the postal system and they wouldn't refund the money for the order if this was the case.
5. I eventually had to accept a reduction on the order cost (which they would change at whim) as I was too ill to chase this further. Albeit, I needed to chase them to get the refund!
Moral of the story, do your research, check with Companies House, Trustpilot and companies returns policies. I did check their website and it looked a legitimate UK based company - it fooled me. They even sign of their emails, Chester and Claire - London Customer Service Team!

AVOID! This company are scam artists . They portray themselves and a UK based company when in reality they are China based in, items made in sent from and have to be returned to China.
The clothing is of very poor quality and although they state on their website 90day money back guarantee what they don't tell you is that all returns and to be sent to China at your own expense which is more than the items are worth. You can only make contact via an email address and they do all they can to deter you from making a return . Items are of very poor quality and not worth the money

Don't use this company they will not take returns they say you have to send them back to China at your expense before they will refund. It costs more than the clothes. Just order direct from Klass. I will never use them again.

Dreadful!! A scam! Do not buy from this company.
Ordered 2 dresses in different sizes as I had not bought from this company before.
Neither dress fitted and they were of poor quality, nothing like as advertised on their website.
I wanted to return for a full refund which they said you could do up to 90 days. Then I found somewhere else it said 30 days.
They told me that to return the items I had to send them to Asia at my expense. I am not prepared to part with anymore money.
Alternatively I could keep both dresses and as a ‘gesture of goodwill’ they would reimburse 15 percent!
Their website is totally misleading and this is a scam.
I am reporting them to Trading Standards.

Very much misrepresented on line. Poor quality garments. Very expensive to return to China at buyers expense! Do not buy from this company which is not based inthe UK

SCAM ALERT!!! I ordered 2 dresses and a blouse thinking it was a reputable company based in London.
They are not a shop at all but a warehouse based in China. The quality is terrible and sizing all wrong. Worse than what you can buy for a tenner in any market I returned at a cost of £23 on top of the £75 spent. Am now being told that the parcel is with customs in China and I would need to pay more money before they would send to them. Hopefully people will read these reviews before being conned! This company should not be operating this scam and getting away with it! Lesson learnt but at a cost!

Bought a dress for £30. It was delivered direct from China in Temu-like packing with no packing note nor returns address and instructions. It was poor quality and fit so contacted Chester and Claire for returns and refund advice. Was told I had to send it back to Asia at my own expense. Have had long email chains with these people and they are total scammers.

I have found the EXACT same dress with the EXACT same photo on Temu, but only £11 instead of the £30 that I paid to these fraudsters. What they appear to be doing is offering Temu/Shein clothes on their own website, taking your order, then ordering direct from Temu, etc. and having the items delivered direct to you. They never actually see the goods, and want nothing to do with them apart from banking your money.

They’re not the only people doing it. Have seen similar people pop up on my Reels. Classy website, saying they’re well established, based in UK, with photos of the ‘owners’ - nice, smart looking people like ‘Chester and Claire’, but with different names. All offering stuff that, if you look on Temu, you will find at a fraction of the price. One was even offering an £11 Temu dress for £35, saying it was reduced from £99.99!

These people need to be looked into and stopped, and the public need to be warned.

I made the big mistake of not reading these reviews and went by their fraudulent website and ordered two dresses that both looked lovely on their website cost neatly £50.00! Took ages to come. The pretty blue one with daisies was an awful black print with big areas of nothing and fitted awfully and was that shiny cheap material. Then Freya the other one was the same material but at least 2 sizes two small and looked cheap and nasty. Emailed the company who said I could return to china but it would cost a lot and no guarantee it would even arrive so an obvious deterrent from them. There then ensued a lot of emails between us getting nowhere finally offered 35% discount and keep the dresses so I am £36 out of pocket and really angry. How are they allowed to get away with this it is a blatant scam and has been reported to Facebook but nothing done. What a fool I was! Don't get tucked in like me

Don’t order dresses from this company.
I ordered a dress for my wife expecting to receive it from Chester and Clare in the uk. However, it came direct from China. When it eventually arrived it was too big. To get my money back I had to return it to China at my cost with the recommendation that it be tracked, which would have cost as much as the dress. Even sending without tracking was two thirds of the price of the dress. I will definitely not be buying anything from this company again.

The company is not a UK based business as suggested by the Internet image of the London shop alongside the 'elegant looking middle aged, white haired couple' with a company interested in giving a great service. The image is a front for a company whose warehouse is in Asia to which you have to return the item if you want to claim a refund for the poor quality, falsley described clothing. Returning the item to Asia is at your cost, and be mindful of their cautionary advice that packages often go missing. The company make token offers of a partial refund that top out at 35% and you can keep the poor quality item for the privilege! The company are in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) Guidance on 'Unfair Commercial Practices' under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 in respect to their advertising and omissions of clear and complete information regarding their returns policy on their website. Avoid this company! The dress I ordered is of very poor quality and sizing is badly advertised. They say that few people make returns. I'm not surprised, postage to China is astronomical. Their refund policy just doesn't work.

Awful company, awful customer service, awful dress, very cheaply made. See through even with lining.
Company do not state the goods are coming from abroad & I was quoted by post office £22 to return the dress. So I didn’t bother.

To be fair I got the same emails on repeat from this company I thought they where UK based had I have known it was China would not have placed an order with them after 13 days items arrived very thin material not at all good quality would not advise anyone to shop with them would have returned items but after reading the comments on returns will be keeping

Had to give one star as couldn’t give none. Caveat Emptor. If you’re not familiar with Latin it means buyer beware. Fake representation of dresses, not as advertised, extremely poor quality, ill fitting no shape just a disgusting shift of material. You’ve been warned DO NOT buy!

Dresses l have received today are not what I sent for..first instance l only ordered 1 they sent 2 completely different from what was shown long sleeves,wrong pattern, material is horrible...l would not advise anyone to order from this company. Not even from London but China.

The item sent was not like what is ordered.Not blue ,but black,they pattern was as if it was a roll end as flowers were random splodges.No care label or in fact any label,material cheap and sewing poor .I would not have bought this from a back street stall for a fiver.Nevermind a £24.99 dress reduced from £50.00.Its a cheap rag.
Trying to return but having no luck. Trading standards need to investigate

Terrible company. State London on marketing and have co.uk email but based in Asia. Quality of products is shocking. They make returns impossible. Do not order from them. Have reported to Facebook and will explore other options to complain.

I rate this zero, 2 dresses arrived, I ordered 1 I ordered size 12 cotton dress I received cheap synthetic fabric size 20, I give up never order of Facebook again.
