I have been using Christopher Plumbing for about 3-4 years. Always excellent service. They always answer the phone, give appointment times, and turn up within the times stated, and are always polite. A 5* plus service.

We have used Chris a few times now and all his reviews sum up perfectly about his work.
He is reliable, tidy and works to an extremely high standard. He is also a rarity amongst modern day tradesmen in the fact that he turns up when he says he will!

needed a boiling tap fitted to replace existing tap in kitchen , Got in Christopher plumbing services that did a survey and provided a recommendation on boiling tap to be fitted . Price was good , job was completed in 1/2 day to a good standard . tap works perfectly

The service from initial enquiry to completing the job was 10 out of 10. Prompt reply from my first call and immediately felt as if I was a priority. They were extremely efficient and professional and kept me informed all the way through the works. Turned up when agreed, extremely helpful & gave some great advice too. Very pleased again with the service from Christopher Plumbing in Basingstoke. This was the second time we used them and they were first rate each time. Brian the plumber turned up on the dot. My toilet was blocking and once clear, it took thinking out the box to improve the situation. He tried a couple of options. He was really helpful and thorough. Took 3 hours and all clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend him .

I have used Christopher Plumbing for some time now and am very happy with their efficient service. I particularly like the fact that they always answer the phone immediately. On a non urgent appointment I get an hour window for them to turn up which has been met 100%.
My most recent experience was an emergency which occurred on a Friday morning and despite a full schedule they promised to come out at some point that day. In fact they arrived and fixed the problem by lunch time!

Used Christopher plumbing a number of times over the years. Always turn up when they say , tidy and do a good job. Quote is always detailed so you know what you are signing up for up. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Changed a power shower for a mixer shower when we had a heat pump installed. Required a lot of messing around and cutting the existing tiles. But ended with up with a real good job.
