I have used Christopher plumbing on many occasions now. Each time I feel I am being looked after hence the reason I keep returning.
On this occasion Shane fitted my new rad, installed new isolation vaules and new taps on my bathroom sink - top job!
The services was quick, clean and reliable.
I will continue to use going forward.

Positive experience from estimate through to installation of our new gas boiler after our old boiler suffered a unrepairable failure to its heat exchanger. Helpful advice also received on best boiler replacement - we went for the Weissman brand which has a more durable stainless steel heat exchanger (old boiler was aluminium). Pricing from this company is transparent e.g. labour charges are clearly set out, and the estimate for the new boiler installation was accurate, in fact it came in just under the quote. The installation itself was carried out efficiently with everything explained by the engineer. Commissioning and safety paperwork was supplied promptly on completion of the installation. I had high confidence that everything had been carried out to a high standard and new boiler is working well. Engineer Martyn was friendly and appeared to me to work efficiently. No concerns about using this company again for further plumbing / heating type work and would recommend.

The whole thing is a bad way of working. The plumber arrived and you sign in on his tablet. He then started the job of replacing the toilet cistern, firstly by asking for kitchen paper to wipe parts he was working on then he asks for a spray to wipe down the job. I gave him everything to assist the job, he wanted to have a conversation on the flats nearby and I could see this was going to prolong the job so I quickly removed myself .
The job was completed in 30 minutes but he has to complete the work on his tablet. This meant I had to pay £22 extra so this is obviously disappointing as I was happy with the 30 minute but to add 8 minutes means no work would ever be under 38 minutes, if this was the case then Christopher should tell customers.

Very professional. Arrived at stated time, very respectful, The work was carried out leaving no mess and Shane explained what he had done.

Very business-like and efficient. No surprises. Good result from the work.

These are my "go to" plumbers. Used multiple times, always excellent service. This time had a leaking pipe behind the toilet, fixed efficiently and quickly as usual. Would definitely recommend.

Moved to Christopher Plumbing Services (CPS) about 3 years ago after frustration of years of plumbers who failed to return calls or turned up late etc. CPS always do what they say they will do i.e. turn up on time and getting them within 24 hours is almost always possible. The plumbers are efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Having used Christopher plumbing company before, when my hot tap in my bathroom basin started to drip, I had no hesitation to use them again . Had new bathroom and kitchen taps fitted since both were old and dripping. The pipes and valves leading to the taps were less than optimal and this was much improved. I have used Christopher Plumbing previously and always been very satisfied with the quality of work undertaken. I've never waited more than a day or two for them to complete the job, which is refreshing too.

After a few months of things going wrong with our central heating system, we contacted Christopher Plumbing Services on the strength of a friend’s recommendation, and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem (install new heating cylinder). Price charged was as quoted, far cheaper than the £10K+ we were quoted by another company for a top to bottom refit (!) and it was done as soon as the new parts were received. A1; will use them again
