Have been looking for a Rolex…
Have been looking for a Rolex Submariner Bluesy for sometime, The Chrono Group appeared on my Facebook feed, with Brandon explaining the five things to look out for, when purchasing a Rolex. Looked on the website, plenty of brands to choose from, and found an unworn model from 2022. As I wasn’t going to be at home for a few days, they held delivery until it was convenient to me. Excellent service, reasonably priced, no hesitation in purchasing another Rolex.

I've paid my hard working money and there has been no watch delivered to me since over 6 weeks now.
I've even emailed them twice every 3 weeks but still no response at all.
The most disrespectful business and order I've ever witnessed.
I will expose this to my millions of social media followers 😤

I ordered a watch back in February
I ordered a watch back in February, everything looked good, delivery etc....we will post to here rubbish. They also had the cheek to send me an email to ask me how it felt, weight, size etc...pretty hard to do when you haven't received anything.
All in all a con outfit and not worth wasting your money on.
No email reply and no point phoning, stay clear.

Thank you Chrono Group for sourcing my holy grail watch; a brand new 2023 unworn Stainless Steel Rolex Daytona RP. The experience from start to finish was absolutely seamless. I found dealing with Brandon very reassuring and most professional. He answered all my queries immediately and provided everything I asked for, in terms of documentation etc. I would totally recommend Chrono Group to anyone seeking a luxury watch. I have been searching for some time for this watch from various dealers and by far, I found Brandon to be very competitive on price. I wish Chrono Group all the success they deserve.

I really enjoyed the end-to-end experience. I was passively looking at getting a new watch and came across Chrono Group, after speaking with Brandon and having a light conversation we explored options, and something came up that was slightly higher than my original budget. He showed the importance of why it can add value and exclusivity without being pushy in any way and on the arrival of meeting him/ going through the purchase process it was calm and enjoyable. I highly recommend him and will return again for my next piece!
