The usual very friendly and efficient service

Good at booking and taking the money but useless and awful customer service. Really bad. Flew us back to Birmingham instead of Gatwick and made us pay for onward travel. Never known anything like it. Please be warned. Aftercare is useless

Our first contact was a little weird as I contacted Customer Relations and received a standard "we deal with complaints within 48 days" which wasn't very welcoming.
However, once I found the area to make enquiries things changed.
Travel adviser Katie listened to our requests and then worked with us to create what we were looking for.
We now have to wait a while and see if it is the "Perfect Holiday"

Very helpful agent; explained arrangements clearly.
Everything arranged over the phone quickly and efficiently with a real person who has a name. Follow up emails with relevant information. Any problems and I know I can call the Citalia team.

We had a great holiday. The booking process was straightforward and we had lots of communication with the Admin staff confirming the arrangements.The hotel was brilliantly located and we were able to walk into Malcesine in a few minutes but without the crowds. I didn't award 5 stars as there was a problem with the taxi pick up - the driver did not make himself very visible and we thought he had not arrived so waited outside him, as instructed, however, he was in the Arrivals Hall all the time without an easily identifiable passenger sign. After that it was all 5 star.

Our travel planner was incredibly helpful after we had experienced a last-minute glitch on the website when booking. She effectively resolved the problem, reassured us that all was in order with the holiday and made sure that we had received the relevant travel documents before we finished speaking.
