The process of picking up the new car was smooth. I had an email from Umer, who advised us that the car had arrived at the store and detailed next steps. He followed up with a call to arrange a date for collection. On the day itself, he had everything ready, so we completed all the paperwork and completed the process in less than an hour.

Unbelievably lovely people work at Citygate Ruislip, particularly Chase.

I actually pranged my car, parking up for my MOT at Citygate. Total idiot, I know. But the staff could not have been more considerate or understanding. Chase (and Scott) took their time with me, got me a coffee etc. The car needed to be repaired, and I booked it for the MOT I had missed. Again, immaculate service. And to top it all off, Chase presented me with a bottle of wine, because of the trauma I had suffered!

Great people and a great service. Chase, particularly, should be highly commended.

We are very pleased with our new vehicle and the service we received from Fergus.

The drop off for a simple MOT took 25 minutes to hand over a key. Collection was also a huge delay. I would have expected a cheery "sorry for keeping you waiting" but no, just took the keys and asked if I was waiting for the car. Also had to pay by bank transfer which precluded being able to use a credit card.

Car was taken in for MOT. Everything was handled efficiently and on time.

Umer was attentive and listened carefully to what we wanted. Umer was informative, conscientious, and always kept us informed of the options available to us.
We never felt pressured.
We came in to ‘look’ at the VW range and…happily decided to buy a new Polo on that first visit.

Another great experience at the St Albans branch when I took my car in for a service. A few small things that were annoying me also mentioned and fixed no questions asked. Car is still under warranty. Josh always fantastic from day one, makes everything so easy and means I’ll continue to use this branch so thank you.

During my recent MOT and service, everything was handled seamlessly. Claire was there promptly at 7:30am to receive us, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. I especially appreciated the video update they provide during the service and MOT—it’s a great touch that adds transparency.
