Communication was good from start to finish by Syeda. She kept me updated on the work required and how the job was progressing.

Citygate Twickenham does a great job providing servicing for my VW car. Booking servicing is a bit haphazard as the Citygate staff do not always complete the booking and also don’t write down what is requested always. I try not to use Citygate Brentford if at all possible as their service staff are hopeless.

Above all else Citygate Twickenham have my trust. The staff are friendly, polite and super helpful. I always get my car back cleaned as well which so appreciated and shows they just go that extra mile. I would highly recommend this fantastic team for all your needs, be it a new car, MOT or service, or honestly even if you just have a question they will be happy to help.

A fair deal delivered in a very friendly manner. Our sales person Dewan did his utmost to handle the whole process to our satisfaction. When he needed to check a couple of things with his manager he did this swiftly to achieve the desired result. On handover Dewan took time to explain some details we were not sure about and to get us set up on the Skoda app. We are now enjoying the car but in the future would deal with Skoda Watford again.

I recently went to Volkswagen to look at potential new cars to buy and I had roshni guide me through the process. She was very nice and helpful throughout. Amazing service

My honest opinion , I love the coffee machine inside, I love how old school the English people are who work in there , the level of experience that they have is amazing , we know this is what you call proper boys in my opinion , they make you feel very comfortable. I had my car serviced at Kia Watfor. They were very helpful ,professional, a d did an excellent job.

Popped in to Citygate after visiting a lot of garages within 50 mile radius, and believe it or not me and my wife were looking for a motor not low to the ground as we are getting older and struggle getting in, despite all this I had stupidly brought another car a Hyundai that was a low to the ground car,obviously not thinking so we decide to go looking, our first visit to Citygate was very quick as when we turned up there was nowhere to park as there was so many motors for sale, so we left and about 6 weeks later we tried again and the rest is where we are now.
My wife has a Skoda and the car is so comfortable and easy to manage that suits us both the decision was made to go and get one, I am the owner of the Skoda
Fabia Monte Carlo Edition now and I am absolutely delighted with my choice, it has been a joy to drive and I also need to say a very big thank you to the lovely man Shabaz who put all this together for us making the experience very easy with a lot of laughing along the way, I am now eagerly reading the Skoda handbook to check out a few things that are niggling me, but I'm sure I will find the answer.

The purchase process with Citygate High Wycombe was initially incredibly smooth, and I left glowing feedback because I genuinely had a very positive experience. Unfortunately, the after-sales service has completely changed my opinion and I really regret not reading Google reviews beforehand!

I have now been waiting two weeks for my £500 deposit refund and V5. I have emailed Sham and Lewis four times regarding this and have received no meaningful response and, most importantly, still have not received my money.

My car (which I part exchanged) has also been sold back to Citygate, yet my finance has not been settled, which is extremely concerning.

What is particularly disappointing is the complete lack of communication. I should not have to repeatedly chase a dealership for a £500 refund and a V5 that is owed to me, especially after being so positive about the company initially.

It genuinely feels as though once the sale was completed, I was no longer considered important enough to receive the same level of service.

I am now left with no choice but to escalate this matter and will be taking the issue to the Motor Ombudsman if it is not resolved promptly.

It is such a shame because the original experience was excellent. I was more than happy to recommend this garage and even left glowing feedback, but the way this has been handled afterwards has completely undermined that experience.

Citygate High Wycombe: please refund my £500, settle the outstanding finance and respond to my emails.

I was looked after by Hugh at Citygate Watford. He was really helpful in explaining advisories flagged up on my Polo and I took on board his recommendations about when I need to get the work done.
