We went with our housing association recommendation for a staircasing case. Although it took a bit of time to kick things off, the team appointed at CJCH were professional and helpful through out the conveyancing process. All the delays and set backs were coming from the landlord's side, and ultimately, our lender too, and on these occasions CJCH solicitors were chasing for us and keeping us updated.

Just to add to my previous review. Yes my complaint was handled and dealt with, but what you neglected to mention is that the complaint wasnt handled by you. It was handled by The SRA ( Solicitors Regulation Authority) and they found Nigel Daniels AND you at fault. And I thrm had an offer to handle my complaint in house but I refused as I knew nothing would be done.
Why have you " requested information "? Is it to try to make my review look disingenuous?. You had a copy from thr SRA just like I did.

The house sale was very straightforward. No chain and sale to a first time buyer. No issues brought up in the survey, yet the offer was accepted on March 4 and sale completed on July 24. I had to constantly chase progress.
I don’t know why process took so long. We were not informed of any issues.

Sarah Evans and Emily Harding were fantastic in dealing with my mother’s flat purchase. They responded promptly to emails and often even answered the phone themselves. If busy, someone on their team took a message and my calls were always returned. They spoke in clear, plain terms and were flexible in sending hard copies when my elderly mother requested these instead of emails.
I cannot really rate them highly enough. I only wish that we had asked them to help with our sale too - our London solicitor was exhausting in her inefficiency!
