I have only had good experiences here. Claire is lovely and really takes care to make sure you are well looked after, get great service and that treatments are done well. There is a good atmosphere and it is always very clean and relaxing, even for waxing! I would highly recommend.

A great experience! Booked online, had a great interaction with my therapist, the facial brought my skin up to new again, and I was then able to receive recommendation on some suitable skin care products when I queried, instead of being sold to while laying on the bed trying to relax (has happened at other salons). I always leave feeling rejuvenated. Thanks so much!

Fast and professional service by staff that are highly trained, clean and hygienic rooms and equipment and gorgeous décor, friendly staff and relaxing music - there is no comparison between any other salon I have ever attended and the Claire Francoise studio. Would highly recommend.

I've visited probably a hundred different salons in Australia, Bali and Dubai and had as many facials. So as discerning facialist I can comfortably say this salon is in my top 3 favourites. It's both professional and luxurious, relaxing yet delivers great results.

first off, the shop is absolutely gorgeous, the staff members are very friendly and chatty, the waxing service i received was fast, not too painful and very clean. the beauty therapist was meticulous and did her best to give me a satisfactory result. i definitely recommend this company to anyone and will probably keep going there myself

The place was lovely and inviting. Had my very first brazilian wax here. The girl was fast and did a good job. She didn't tweeze all the strays though. I found about a dozen in tough to reach areas. I travelled an hour to get there as I had heard raving reviews. I may return, however I have my eye out for other places.

I need to feel 200% confident and Claire delivers on that.
