Great service with excellent spray tans - colour lasts and is a very nice (non orange) finish. Waxing is also great - minimal if any pain! Up there with the best :)

I was given a gift voucher for my birthday from my sister who is a regular at the clinic. I called up to book a session and asked for a facial with a focus on extractions. When I arrived, I was asked to fill in a form, where I also stated that one of my concerns was impurities on my skin etc. I was then taken to a room and provided with a facial where towards the end I asked if this was the facial with the focus on extractions and was told that it wasn't. However, then she proceeded to tell me that "Oh, yes, I remember you asking for that when you booked over the phone. Sorry. I will try and fit some in now but we don't have much time left." Of course, that was about 3-5 minutes at best. Now, that in itself was quite disappointing but what really got to me is being asked to pay an additional $19 for it!! So petty and totally unacceptable. Why I had to be out of pocket for someone else's mistake?

The service was amazing, the salon was immaculate, and the whole process was uninvasive and not painful at all. It is so important to have all of these things and to feel comfortable when having a Brazilian wax, especially when you're so vulnerable. The wax they use is completely unique to the salon and is formulated to not cause discomfort. The result was OUTSTANDING and the price was so reasonable for the first class service you receive. Claire, you are every woman's knight in shining armor, and the whole team are just so professional! I wouldn't go anywhere else and neither should you ladies!
