Everyone working there is very helpful from booking to payment.

The app is so easy to use and has great extra features such as getting there link to Google maps. Staff are always helpful whenever you need them and respond quickly to any messages. Payment is always on time.

I think the staff is great. For example, Huntley and John are very understanding, helpful and professional. And even though I haven’t really talked much to the rest of the staff, anytime I have done it they’ve all been fantastic. I’m very happy to be with Clarity.

There is a good choice for shifts around my chosen areas. In all honesty , Clarity is a great company to work with. So far as I am concerned (as agency staff) I like the proximity that the team builds towards the staff. Communication is very efficient. You get replies from them quickly as opposed to other agencies with which I am registered with. Moreover, they care about the wellbeing of their staff. After every shift, they get feedback from us which helps them get better at what they do. The recent improvement in the app makes navigation in searching for shifts easier than before.
