Very good service with good advice. Whilst initially we thought the price was expensive, on viewing a breakdown, we realised most of the cost was in the ground work, having needed the floor to be raised with laytex. The product was good and the fitters, Mark and Nathan, were excellent at their job. Arrived when they said they would, worked very efficiently, explained what they were doing and were very pleasant guys. Would use this Company again. Also good to promote local, independent businesses.

From speaking to Oliver about what carpet would suit our needs to a professional, tidy fitting, our experience with Classic Flooring Pangbourne was very satisfactory. We particularly appreciated the fitter's advice on how to finish the carpet at the bottom of our stairs as they are a funny shape. We will use them again.

Highly recommend Classic Flooring in Pangbourne. When we first made contact via Facebook we received an almost instant reply and Oliver made an appointment to come and measure up the next morning. When we visited the show room we were very impressed with the wide variety of products to choose from and once again Oliver was very helpful in guiding us through what would work best in our kitchen. We were able to arrange a prompt fitting date and Mark & Nathan the fitters were brilliant, hardworking, polite, friendly and very clean and tidy. We can’t fault the service we have received from start to finish and are delighted with our new LVT kitchen floor.

This is the second time I have used Classic Flooring. They have been flexible about fitting around our busy family schedule and have communicated positively with other trades people doing work in our home at the same time. The latest floor is lovely and the old one (almost five years old) is still perfect. Would highly recommend them.

Absolutely wonderful! Easy and friendly to deal with and the price quoted included underlay and fitting and disposal of my grotty old carpet. The fitters were amazingly quick and efficient and they did a great job. I am extremely happy with my new living room carpet. Thank you very much!

From showroom advice and flooring ranges available through installation dates right through to on site team every stage of the process was carried out in a professional and friendly manner! Highly recommend and will definitely be using again!!

Excellent service from the moment I walked into the shop. It was an insurance claim for my elderly mother’s house and Oliver came round to measure up and chose matching flooring.
Special thanks to the fitters who had to deal with my mum who has Alzheimer’s constantly walking around where they were working. Lovely guys.

Great experience from start to finish. The showroom had lots of choice and we were so pleased. Really appreciated that the salesman was helpful but not pushy at all - let us browse at our own pace. Great price, able to fit quickly, and when the flooring was fitted the guys did a great job and were super friendly. Would highly recommend.
