I do not want to even give 1 star. These contractors are an absolute sham. I would definitely rethink them touching any part of your home unless you want half a shoddy job done, your house flooded and damaged multiple times with zero help to correct or apology and fraudulent sign offs. They do not care about what they leave to to live in, they do not care about the impact on your physical and mental health and they do not care about who they employ or the shockingly poor level of work carried out.

They don't even deserve 1 star. The worst company I had something to do ever. They don't speak English. Poor job done. Agreed to finish in 2 days 3rd day they said they don't know if they finish. Coming 10 o'clock finish after 2. With many breaks. Had to take professional company to fix their 'job' and pay them. Avoid at every point.

Very unprofessional bathroom refurb said things would be done today/tomorrow they weren't tiling poor, grouting poor,toilet poor installation, painting poor, shower leaks,the list is endless told B S daily.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Terrible avoid they are supposed to have installed a kitchen and the tradespeople they employ are at best un professional. They have managed to break my washing machine ( vinyl floor layer) lifting it alone. Left it bust never said a word. They hardly take your calls and leave you in the dark. Service Zero out of 10. They treat your home like a building site including spitting out chewing gum and leave food wrappers on the floor. Pack up their stuff and leave your home like a rubbish tip and you get to clear up the saw dust as well!

BEWARE! Following recent external redecoration works by the Camberley branch, CLC workmen have left significant scratching and paint smears on multiple windows; the company have disappointingly refused to accept any responsibility for this.

Disappointing Service and Lack of Engagement

I had a very poor experience with CLC Group, particularly the Camberley branch. They carried out renovation work for me in 2015, so I recently reached out to get a quote for redecoration and re-rendering. Unfortunately, after several attempts to engage with Martyn, I’ve now given up. He seemed uninterested and failed to provide a quotation despite multiple follow-ups.

If this lack of professionalism and engagement is reflective of their overall work ethic, then CLC Group is probably best avoided. Very disappointing.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to CLC kitchen especially Sara&Wayne I honestly can not thank them both enough for the past two weeks gone above and beyond, fantastic customer service fantastic staff been an absolute joy to have in my property would highly recommend to anybody to get work done by CLC

I have now had 2 major projects with CLC. They have been very professional and nothing was too much trouble. The first Circa £40k was done to a very high standard, on budget and on time. The second Circa £8k also very professionally done on time and under budget! A very professional company that has the clients best interest first
