Have been using them for years. All the my orders are well packaged and arrive on time.
They have a very wide variety of stock from many brands, so that makes it convenient when shopping around.
I recently purchased my das 6 pro polisher with one of their combos and can't fault it really!

Bought from them many times and they have never let me down in any way. Good product range, fair prices and solid delivery (but please please please stop using the polystyrene chips in your packing - they go everywhere!)

Quick delivery and a broad selection of articles. But there are always soooooo many articles that are out of stock.

Now it might sound silly, but to me that shows alot of respect towards the customer. I've purchased countless amounts of products over the years from many different companies and never once has any other business ever bothered to take the few seconds needed to include a small hand written note saying "Thank You".

Got a link for a great product from a car forum, Cleanyourcar.co.uk were selling cheaper than Amazon. Website was well designed and easy to navigate. Placed an order and it was dispatched within minutes. Arrived by midday the next day. Really well packaged. Cannot rate highly enough!!

Ordered some 2.2" medium cut spot pads and a 2" backing plate ( highly recommended) over Christmas period and they arrived the next day, doesn't get better than that.

Ordered from these before and they have never let me down. I have just ordered some IronX for my alloys and the stuff came the next day. Would definatley recommend this company.

I have being my car products for the last couple of years. I always find them to be reasonably priced and the service is excellent, with a hand written note with every order.
I have only every had one issue with a delivery with damaged goods and it was replaced instantly without quibble.

I am a repeat customer of CYC and I always trust them to send packages on time and with everything packed properly (we are talking of travelling liquids...). Sometimes a bit on the pricey side but you are also buying peace of minds. If you have questions they answer quickly, politely and with precise answers. Very recommended.

After a recommendation from a friend I started to use CYC in 2009 and over the dozen or so orders I have placed there has not been one issue. Even the courier has been fantastic which is a feat on its own!
The little touches, such as the hand-written thank you notes in each perfectly packed parcel, make all the difference.
I am at a point now where I don't even shop around for the best price, I just go straight to CYC to avoid any hassle elsewhere.

Having brought a Audi 2 yrs old I wanted some advise on polishing machines. As the nature of car paint and clear coat varies from manufacturer it was important to get the right polish compound with three right polish pads and Polish machine. German car paints are notoriously hard and after advise opted for
Das6 pro plus Dual Action polisher
Menzerna car polish 2200 and 3800
Chemical guy pads
And got delivered the next day.

I bought a snow lance that came without instructions. I emailed them and it took a .week to respond. They have since contacted me and it is because my email hadn't got through.
