I needed some antibiotics for an abscess on a tooth. I filled out a quick questionnaire and I received the medication the next day. Great service.

Took forever for the meds to come
Took forever for the meds to come. What’s the point of an online store if you’re only open Monday to Friday. Might as well have waited and gone to the doctors and saved myself the postage fee. Also they only sent a three day course of the antibiotics instead of standard five days. So will probably have to go to the doctor in the end anyway. Wouldn’t use again would go elsewhere.

We’re sorry to hear of your disappointment. All antibiotics are prescribed in line with NHS guidance. As for the delay in dispatch, the delivery information page does stipulate items aren’t currently posted on the weekend with Royal Mail. Not because we aren’t open, but because Royal Mail don’t collect parcels from us on the weekend. We are looking to get this changed (shortly), but until then, we only post parcels within London on all 7 days per week (using our same-day delivery service).

Excellent advice and guidance provided as to the most appropriate treatment required. The range of treatments offered included full and clear descriptions in order to aid choice. Ordering was streamlined and efficient. Delivery was discreetly packaged and arrived the day following the order placement.
