Punctual, hard working, careful. Not the cheapest but I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Used 4 times in as many years and always the same.
Happy to recommend to anyone

Professional and get the job done!
I have moved twice w/Ryan and Marie at Clockwork. They are professional, dedicated and prompt. One move was from the UK to Belgium and one was from Belgium back to the UK. Ryan is super fast in giving quotes - both times I was under the wire with the deadline and he did his best for me. Marie is always fast in her emails. The delivery guys are awesome. Twice I had Talat and when I saw him this second time, I was so relieved. His team went above and beyond for me to get my furniture through small windows and back doors - without them, I would have nothing to sleep on! Kudos to Talat, Robert, Shane, Paolo, Norbert and Gabor. Really had some great laughs during a stressful time for me. I will not hesitate to reach out to this team for the third time! Thanks all :) Sorry I was never able to write the review the first time two years ago.

Smooth move with Clockwork removals
The team at Clockwork Removals made our move as smooth as it could possibly be. Our flat was on the fourth floor with no lift, but the team handled everything for us.

We’re sorry to see you were unhappy with your experience. We have looked into this enquiry and, for clarity, there was no telephone conversation between yourself and our team, all communication was by email.
For a one-bedroom property, our usual process is to ask customers to complete our quick and straightforward online self-survey, which allows us to provide an accurate quotation without the need for a home visit. Home and video surveys are also available where smaller moves are more complex or require further assessment.
We responded to your enquiry and explained the process, but unfortunately we did not receive any further response from you to enable us to progress the quotation.
We’re therefore disappointed that you feel the service was misleading, as we believe we provided clear information and responded politely throughout. We would, of course, be happy to discuss the matter further if you would like to contact us directly.
Just brilliant
Just brilliant! They took all the stress out of the move and before I knew it I was in my new home surrounded by my own things. Smooth and fast.

Everything went like clockwork with Clockwork Removals
Good communication from Clockwork Removals with the admin staff being very helpful.
Pricing was competitive and included two days effort - one day packaging and one for the actual removal. Things went well on the day of the removal, the removal staff under Brian's supervision were pleasant, hard-working, effective listeners and punctual.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Clockwork Removals

Fantastic experience
I recently had a move completed by the team in Edinburgh. From the outset, the office staff were very responsive and helpful, with Wayne arranging a date to accommodate my diary, Crystal answering any questions I had to put me at ease and Niall helping me with packing materials when I went into the branch on short notice requiring some additional boxes.
On a particularly hot removal day, Dean and his team were on time, efficient and very pleasant to deal with. Hanging rail boxes were brought on the day to transfer clothes and extra care was taken when transferring large heavy items for example my desk and mirrors from the first floor into the van and back up the stairs at the final destination.
I would definitely recommend clockwork and will be using them again for my next move.

Fantastic service and excellent people
When my building was sold and I had to move immediately the only removal company to agree to help me was Clockwork Removals. The staff were out of this world in their approach and service.
Since then I have only ever considered using Clockwork Removals and Storage. They have always proved to be an excellent service in every possible way.
My last move was very frantic and once again the staff rose to meet every challenge with professional pride in their work.
Their storage facility was used in my current move. Here my furniture, precious books, and even art materials were returned to me in pristine condition.
When I have to move again there is only one company I will choose: Clockwork Removals and Storage of course!
