I am extremely frustrated as I am currently locked out of my Clouvider account and cannot manage my active VPS/server.The self-service "Forgot Password" function is completely broken for me, and when I tried to email their support at . my email was bounced back by their server with a rejection message. I even tried their website's contact form but have received no response yet.My server is running, but I have no way to access the control panel or manage my billing. This is an urgent infrastructure issue..Please have a manager or a senior network technician look into this ticket immediately and unlock my account access. Thank you.

Only a few days in with Clouvider so I can't speak to long-term reliability yet, but the experience so far has genuinely impressed me. Provisioning was smooth and the Linux VPS has been solid. Price point represents real value in the industry. The real standout, though, was support. As a brand new customer on a low cost plan, I emailed asking them to make a tweak to their network config. I somewhat expected to be told it was out of scope or quietly ignored. Instead they made the change quickly and courteously, no fuss. That kind of attentiveness to small customers is genuinely rare at this price point. Will update if anything changes, but right now I'd happily recommend them.

I spent lots of money on a few servers and upgrades and they suspended me after I asked for some assistance in a support ticket.

They suspended my account, deleted my servers and told me to never use Clouvider again.
I never got a refund, SCAMMERS!

Those bad reviews for this company have no sense. They are providing latest server technology with amazing up/down speeds for cost you pay for. The cp are fast deploy server in minutes, platform is ultrafast, have varity of options. Everything are just made better then other providers.

The negative reviews that are posted here for me just makes no sense.

My account got charged before 10 days of my service remaing this is just unacceptble. This a common thing if i purhased a service for 30 days i have to pay after or on 30th day of my service. And no cancelation of the service option if i wanted to cancel i have to purchase it for one more month greedy company.

Have had a server with Clouvider for 3 years without any issues. On a recent Sunday night after making a serious networking mistake that rendered my server unusable, their support had me remotely logged in and fixing the issue within minutes.
I would highly recommend!

Decided to try their 10Gbps VPS as opposed to my dedicated 10Gbps server and im absolutely shocked a tthe performance a vps can offer especially at less than half the cost!! The service so far is amazing, will definitely order more!

First . Simple if choosing items . Having most best loc in the world . Not rental not ripe . But they have really physically center in that country . Ping is amazing . Bandwidth is wow . Hardware is unique. When you use can get that another datacenters are just trash . Almost some of them most of them not all of them . I get VPs after ping ip it was dirt in some where in middle east . Ofcourse my doddamn dictatorship close this ips . And have blocking and filtering but they favor to me with out any discussion gave new nice io to me I'm really got happy and they didn't get any money from me . I love cloucider as a world . Oha . I've used many hosting providers and Clouvider always stays top on my list. Their network blend is always premium and offers great performance. They use high-end server like Supermicro Microcloud, so basically their cheapest server has redundant power supply - as a paranoid guy I can finally sleep well at night. Support has been amazing. They are friendly and patient, and very flexible too!

I'm a user from China who participated in LET flash sale for the first time and successfully purchased a limited number of servers from clouvider.
I chose to set up the server in LA based on my experience, but I encountered network connection problems in actual use, and after inquiring, it was a connection problem between China and the US. So I gave feedback on my work order and asked if I could migrate. clouvider responded quickly to my feedback and helped me migrate the VPS, thank you very much, I've been using VPS for 6 or 7 years now, and even though it's the first time I've used clouvider, the response from the customer service and the configuration of the server panel is amazing, it's a company that serves from the heart!

Oh my... The VPS pricing is really good, and there are some locations that you can choose from. The support (named Jacob) is really good and patient. I love this company!
