Co Wheels Car Club Avis 

Co-wheels is very easy and quick to use, hassle free which is very beneficial. The customer service is also very good when needed to ask a few questions. Cheap prices especially compared to other competitors.

Really disappointed about this removing a co-wheel car close to our house without any communication. We joined Co-Wheel club because one car is very close to our house. We used it so often and now it is taken off without any notice. This makes us very uncomfortable.

Customer service are very responsive, helpful and clear when I have had issues. The AI feature in the chatbot is incredibly helpful if you have a direct question and is very quick to pass you on to a human agent. I chatted with Gareth twice, he was brilliant. I am yet to drive but I am confident that the service will work well once I am set up.

The car club works really well for us, as we don't need a car full time. The staff have been lovely and very helpful whenever we have needed to talk to someone and do their best to resolve any problems quickly and effectively.

As I will be unable to drive for a few months, I asked about suspending or cancelling my account. Co-wheels offered a free account until I am able to resume driving. Brilliant!

second car in a week I have taken out. Low tyre pressure on two tyres. This was a different car than the one I used a week before.

I've found Co Wheels to be very effective in terms of customer service, when there is (occasionally) something goes wrong. Generally the car-sharing service they provide is very good, the cars are clean and I've never had a breakdown. The fees they charge are fair in my view.

I've used Co-Wheels for many years, cars are good quality, easy to use and the team are really helpful online and/or on the phone in case of any problems or queries. Highly recommended.

Amazing customer service and very helpful and flexible booking system

I had an issue with accessing my vehicle, that was entirely my fault.
Aaron from.the co wheels support team when above and beyond to help me and ensure I was able to travel and visit my newly born niece.

I literally cannot express my gratitude to him, he was so humble. Undoubtedly, the nicest guys I've ever delt with.

You don't get to see the hire charges unless you pay a fee to join. Trying to jump through all the hurdles is impossible such as uploading your driving license image on their buggy iphone app. They sidestep the online 14 day cooling off period by simply stating on the app your "account deletion is pending".

Co Wheels is a great service and has really great communication skills. They always answer queries and can also be talked to by phone.

I gave Co-Wheels a try and was very impressed.
I had issues with other users not re-fuelling the car we were using but I would recommend that people give Co-Wheels a try.
The 'after care' from all of the staff has been positive and very helpful when I have had queries. Thank you.

The customer service is excellent but it’s frustrating that the annual licence recheck only becomes an issue when I make a booking. It would be better if I was notified ahead of time so that I can get it done before I need to make a booking
