Great customer service, nice clothes but cheaply made
The customer service is great - they were able to change my delivery address with no issues and did so very quickly. The clothing is nice and looks as is on the photos, but actually pretty cheaply made quality and my shorts were see-through! I am pretty sure I've seen some of the items on Shein for much cheaper, and the labels are in Chinese which suggests this is just a kind of dropshipping company. The belt's buckle was the wrong way around so I had to wear it with the studs facing the wrong way, but not a huge issue. Wanted to give my money to a small UK company but if it's just buying and selling from China then I'll just go to Shein next time and get it cheaper (albeit with longer shipping times).

Hey Alice, I know we popped over a reply to this to your email so that we could elaborate on each point. Thank you for the lovely 4 star rating! Our main point to highlight for any soon to be customers is that there are many similar products within any industry, but you will find differences in quality. On this alone, products are not the same (take toilet paper as on example). We try our best to ensure all of our items are of the highest quality, but we are also transparent about which items can become more sheer when stretched, which items you should size up on etc. Our team is always happy to answer questions when needed, so that this can be discussed before an order. I know you opted not to return the item, but we absolutely accept returns.
Our green set was a customised item created for a customer who liked the original Black version of it. Since then, we began stocking it as our range. This item cannot be found anywhere else and was our original custom colour. You deserve to find items that make you feel wonderful, and I apologise we were not able to do this for you on this occasion!

If I could give the outfit I got more than 5* I would, absolute dream rave shorts!! Make the booty popppp! Am in love! And came so quick too…like anyone who sees me in them will 🤣🤣 just playinggggg, but na they’re sick ❤️

Warm and Kind- Hearted Staff!
I love how warm-hearted the staff at Cocostudios! They are so lovely and down to earth! They are so timely with their responses, and even when under pressing times they are always so diligent in responding kindly and quickly! I’ve purchased a few times from Cocostudios, and safe to say, I’ll always be an all time returning customer! I’ve never had an issue with any item I’ve bought! Thank you Cocostudios!

The owners and employees of coco studios are beyond lovely, customer care is top quality as well as their clothes. Even those from the sample sales which are apparently ‘not up to the highest of their standees’ are equally great. Despite being a small business they are always giving back to their loyal customers. Ordered the black and green mesh snake print dress in may 22 and honestly have never loved an outfit as much, sizing was perfect, delivery was quick and the outfit was as expected, got so many compliments when wearing it and there's so much choice on the website! it's my go to for festival and rave outfits, honestly the best! i still wear the dress to this day
