Product damaged upon arrival
I ordered a six pack of manzana flavor postobon soda from here because it's my favorite soda and I haven't had it in years. When my package arrived, the box was completely beat up, it was wet on one corner, and there were ants all over/in it. The company had used UPS to ship my package which was my first red flag. After opening the package, one of the cans had exploded in transit and the otheras were all expanded from shaking/intense movement and majority of them were dented. I'm not really one to care much about the aesthetics of a product as long as it does what it's supposed to, but when it comes to a can of soda, it kinda does matter in some cases. The way these had been packaged was horrible. they were all six laid flat inside with the plastic soda rings holding them all at the top. The box was too big for them so they were free to roll around move a bunch. The only thing trying to protect them during shipment was a singular thin piece of bubble wrap. Had they been packaged better, I doubt I would have had one of them arrive exploded. I reached out to them that evening after opening the box to let them know the state of my package at arrival and ask for a refund or replacement. They answered promptly and politely the next morning and I was given a refund immediately. They said they would reach out to UPS to see about sending a replacement and I have yet to hear back from them about it after over a week. I did reach out again between then and now to ask about the status of the possible replacement, and for the record I would be completely fine not getting one since I was fully refunded my original order, but again no response. They were very friendly and proactive on helping me at the start, which I appreciate. I would not order from them mostly based on the shotty packaging job. It's not worth the risk.
