Absolutely amazing workmanship, attention to detail fantastic. The boys worked so hard, also checking with us that we were happy with each stage before moving on. I can honestly say we are delighted with our new fence,. HIG3HLY RECOMMEND COLOUR FENCE.

We have recently had a colourfence installed by Easy Garden Living in Wakefield, As we were sick of paying to have wooden ones fixed, painting them and weather From contacting them and Matt coming out to take measurements and give us a price was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble for them The installer who I think was called Josef has done an amazing job, he never stopped in the two days he was here, working in very hot weather and he was working alone. Every step of the installation was discussed with us, our garden slopes and he gave us a number of options to choose from to ensure we were completely happy with the way it angled down onto the grass, there was a gap at one point due to the slope and he added some extra slats onto the bottom to ensure that everything was touching ground level. David and Gabriel did an amazing job fitting the gate for us. They worked so hard in the hot weather but did a fantastic job. They also cleaned all the waste away and leave the area clean and tidy. Thank you both so very much.

So pleased with our new fence. It looks fantastic and we have already had a number of likes from passers by and neighbours. The taking down and disposal of the existing fence was an enormous task but achieved with only little inconvenience.
Nothing but praise for Jared and Gareth who worked through rain and sun and kept us updated and informed throughout.Perhaps it was the coffee and cake that kept them going!!!

I am writing this on behalf of my Father who bought Fencing over 2 months ago and was told numerous time it would be fitted by the Dublin fitter, but excuse are excuse of why it could not be fitted. So I called 2 weeks ago to get refund and now yhe office are messing my father around saying they will make the refund and get back to him but notting. I would not recommend buying off this company.There are plenty of suppliers that would have supplied and fitted in a few weeks. Not over 2 months.
THE MONEY WAS PAID TO THE UK COMPANY OVER THE PHONE. NOT THE DUBLIN AGENT.
PLEASE STOP TELLING MY FATHER YOU EILL MAKE THE REFUND AND THEN NOT DO IT.

I placed an order in January and told 3 weeks lead time. Since then there has been repeated delays and promises of getting this installed the following week which never happened. Its now 5 months later and I've requested a refund to be told I'd get a phone call the next day and I'm still waiting. This is completely unacceptable. Ive been more than patient and accommodating of the delays. I expect the company to process my refund in full in the next 7 days. If the refund is not received within that timeframe, I will be reporting the matter to the appropriate consumer protection authorities and considering further action to recover my money.
I would advise potential customers to exercise caution based on my experience.
Told to send my details by email which I dod 5 days ago and again yesterday and still no phone call or acknowledgement of this.
Got an email on 8 June saying it's wrapped and ready for fitting...same story for last 5 months and told this is just another empty promise abd want a refund. No response. Unbelievable service. Demand my refund now and a full explanation on why ive had to endure 5mths waiting for a gate when told it would take 3 weeks.

Quoted, we accepted quote.

Then radio silence - we chased on 3 occasions - told installation will be in touch - nothing.

Waste of time - we’ve had to start again and waste more time, resulting in plants being massively disturbed during key growing period.

Harry was so so helpful. He explained everything so well and worked really hard over a 2 day period. He couldn't have been more helpful in advising us. He was very professional, clean and tidied up after himself.

The whole process was simple and seamless from initial consultation to installation. Our installation was booked for Friday 8th May and our chosen fence colour was ti be 'grey'. The two lads, Gareth and Jared duly arrived with all the materials, on time, as expected. The two of them worked like 'Trojans' throughout the project, achieving completion by 5pm. I have to say that these two guys are a credit to the company and I would not hesitate to recommend the company again.

I recently had a gate and fence installed at my property in Cardiff (CF23) by the Colour Fence Newport branch today 27/4/26 and I’m extremely impressed with the entire experience.

From the initial consultation right through to the final installation, the team was professional, reliable, and easy to deal with. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and offered helpful advice to ensure the finished result matched my expectations perfectly.

The installation itself was carried out to a very high standard. The gate and fence are sturdy, well-aligned, and look fantastic—completely transforming the appearance and security of my garden. The team worked efficiently, kept everything tidy, and showed real attention to detail throughout.

I ordered my composite fence on the 27th February 2026. I still have not received any correspondence to confirm my payment to them other than my receipt I got off the salesperson who came to the house( who they say doesn't work there anymore ) I was given the installation day several times which were cancelled. I then was promised a date of the 10th of April which when I had to phone was told this date shouldn't have been promised. I was then told that the next available date was 22nd April which is today. STILL nothing and no contact from them at all. I've now had to phone AGAIN today 22nd April to which they have said there was no agreement in place...though when I was given this date I stressed I'd have to take holidays for today and tomorrow as she said it would most likely take 2 days to complete.So I've wasted 2 days holiday and nothing to show for it. The customer care is HORRIFIC and correspondence is even worse.....I have now asked for my £1800 deposit back.No reembersement for loss of work days..KEEP AWAY AS I WAISTED 8 WEEKS ON THIS COMPANY...23.4.26 I have received my deposit after having to give yet more bank details to them as apparently they can't refund the original payment method ?? STILL no compensation for losing 2 days holiday and 8 weeks waiting around oh and did I mention they told me to knock my external wall down and take down the existing fence ready for installation...so we now have NO wall or Fence due to this fraudulent company.Still NO response 16.06.26...Refund received but guess what NO reply when trying to put in an official complaint...I lost days Holidays after getting messed around off these Muppets with nothing to compensate me.

This company are fantastic nothing is too much trouble.
Everything clean and tidy, staff are polite and courteous.
Very honest, one panel was damaged cos of wind, was told of this and was replaced when wind wasn't blowing.
( 2 days later).
Did Everything they said they said they would.

Generally very pleased with the service, the quality of the product, the efficient and professional installation, the new gate appearance and operation. The delivery of the components would have been excellent except the gate frame was not included, therefore the installation was postponed from am to pm.

Had a new fence installed on 19th and 20th February and very happy with the results. Initially wary of the price, We are now completely happy with the quality of the fencing materials and finished look and overall experience. Had many positive comments already. Craig from Glous was a marvel and it's amazing to see competent, knowledgeable and friendly fitter that really make the job come together amd I cannot praise him highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble and he fitted to a very high standard. Was on his own as his mate couldn't be there but Craig worked through the days, raining on the second day, pn his own and achieved a fantastic result. All things considered (with Craig as a massive plus point) it is well worth getting a colourfence fence.

Colourfence / Climar Industries are a shocking business to deal with and it all started so well.

Early December 2025. Salesman Colin S came out with his trainee Matt C and after a one hour measure up and consultation about various options, and with detailed training provided to trainee we were given a price with various December discounts applied and asked to sign the quotation which we duly did.

We asked for an email copy which duly arrived.

We accepted the quote and asked for bank details of where to pay the deposit

After chasing the following day, received an email saying that due to poor internet (not mentioned whilst on site) the quote was wrong and provided a new quote, saying sign this if you want to go ahead.

This quote was three times more expensive than the agreed price, it had no reference number and no detail, just a single price.

Over the next two weeks, we insisted that according to UK contract law, we already had an agreed contract and expected it to be honoured.

Vague responses received.

Eventually complained via official complaints channel and had to chase acknowledgement of receipt. Karen G replied saying was being dealt with, but no response received

Chased a further three times before Operations Director Gareth T replied saying he would reply by following Monday 5pm.

This date came and went ...and despite chasing ...the silence continues.....4 months and still waiting.

My advice .. Avoid Colourfence at all costs!!

We had a Colourfence installed by Easy Garden Living Ltd, Newport. This was our second Colourfence, the previous one was installed by Cardiff Garden Fencing Ltd (dissolved June 2024) in June 2019 and that fence still looks as good as new. The product is excellent and is guaranteed for 25 years. Colin their surveyor was extremely helpful in creating the design for the fence. Gareth and Jarrad, the installers, couldn’t have been better. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and consulted me throughout to ensure I was happy with their installation; their standard of work was excellent. I would have given a 5-star rating, except that they are let down a bit by their administrative procedures e.g. I had to chase their office staff twice before I was contacted by Colin and their quotations don’t include an itemised breakdown of the price. Luckily Colin was able to use his knowledge of pre computerised systems to provide a breakdown.

5 Star Service from start to finish, sales consultant was helpful with creating the idea and design we required. Updates via email for the progression of the order and a phone call to book the date of fitting. Cleaned up after installation and a first class job, would definitely recommend and use again.
