I rang the company saying that one of the fence panels had moved and needed to be made secure. I rang then last April and was told it would be sorted the following month. Having phoned the company on many occasions since they have still not appeared to fix the problem. Clearly a crap company to deal with. Great product but rubbish at aftercare.

Fence fitted today, so hardworking, friendly guys. Really pleased with how much they did in one day and so pleased with our new fence. No more worries about the wind taking our old fence away and no more painting. Highly recommend.

This appalling company "guarantees" its product to be resistant to wind speeds of up to 125 mph. My fence blew out in a 60 mph wind and I have contacted the company for assistance under its guarantee which appears not to exist. They do not even bother to reply to e:mails. Beware if your property is in a windy location because you will be on your own when the fence fails. I am now displaying a sign, facing a busy road, warning the public.

They came on time, completed in a day and a half, a good clean and tidy job. Very friendly and helpful workers.

I had a colourfence installed 6 years ago and living in an exposed position it has withstood extreme high winds without damage and I have been so pleased with it, I had a 2nd one fitted on 29/01/2025 to replace a badly battered timber one.
This 2nd fence wasn't quite as straightforward as the first one and I was a little apprehensive as to whether Colourfence could meet my needs, but as soon as Matt made a site visit he understood exactly what my requirements were and thus put my mind at rest. He then meticulously conveyed my requirements to Dave H and Dave S who knew exactly what was required and they have installed the fence exactly to my needs. On arrival they immediately put me at ease by their friendly nature and before starting the installation, went through my exact requirements again. They were also very mindful of my adjoining neighbour's garden whilst they were installing my fence.
I would highly recommend this company for their excellent products and customer service and the professionalism of Matt, Dave H and Dave S.

Absolutely delighted with my new Colourfence which was completed today - great service from the planning/quotation by Mark through to the fitting/completion by Gareth and Jarrad.
It wasn’t a straightforward job- with the combination of a very sloped site and a raised garden and me wanting to preserve height and privacy. Gareth and Jarrad did an outstanding job and accommodated all my wishes. They listened to my concerns and involved me in decisions at every step. The end result looks fantastic due to their skill and diligence. Cannot recommend them enough.

Both Dave’s never stopped whilst fitting the fence even whilst it was raining. The fence looks great and they cleaned everything up so we didn’t have to worry about that. Would highly recommend!

Really pleased with our new fence. The garden behind us is a bramble filled jungle which was forever pulling the wooden fence down. His fence not ours! Now it is hidden from view and bramble proof.

We had been looking for a solution for our garden for some time. We contacted ColourFence and received a quote very quickly.

The installed was a little delayed but it was over the Festive period, but Will and Alfie were brilliant. They explained how they would construct the fence and asked us if we were happy. We had two gates within the fence and they pointed out some aesthetic points which change the plan slightly - but were a big improvement.

Tom and Steve fitted trellis top fencing to a block concrete wall, they worked tirelessly all day and into the dark.
They came back a week later to rectify minor snags,a great job.

We had our fence fitted in November and already it has stood up perfectly to some severe and stormy weather.
We are delighted with the finished product. It is attractive and very strong. It looks exactly like the pictures in the brochure. It was installed by Gareth and Jarrod who did everything we asked to get it looking exactly as we wanted it. They worked very hard due to the difficult ground where it was fitted
So we have an attractive and strong fence but the best part is that it is maintenance free. Whilst it wasn’t cheap it will be very cost effective in the in the long term. We would highly recommend this style of fence

Never go with colour fence of newport reported an incident that needed attention work was still under warranty he refused unless i paid ,He was such an arrogant man
