Item was "lost" in the mail and never arrived. they had no plans to contact me or notify me about this, I only found out once I enquired as the package had still not arrived the day before I needed it.

Item Showing In Stock But Was Not
The item I purchased was showing that it was in stock, so I purchased and got express shipping as I needed it for an event. In actual fact the item was out of stock and I got it 10 days later. It was the day after I needed them. A very unhappy customer.

The delivery time was way too long
The delivery time was way too long, even by standard post, in the past when I’ve placed orders via standard post within 2-3 working days I’ve received my delivery. This time it took 12 days… from WA to SA… I can get things from overseas quicker… not sure what’s going on here.
The product itself though is okay.
The response I received 3 weeks later via email , 4/11/2024 … time line point proven but they take no responsibility or accountability, just blaming others!! Disgusting. Keep clear everyone! No respect!!
5/11/2024 update- There response is so pathetic, just take ownership that your service is rubbish!
Stop deflecting and making excuses, so annoying once again stay away people!

Still haven’t received my product that was ordered on the 11th. When I emailed asking about tracking as nothing is coming up from tracking details I was sent, I was assured it was on its way. Surely as a company you can track this yourself if you have told me you can see it was sent?! All seems very suss to me….
