MesmerEyez Australia Coloured Contact Lenses Avis

Really good customer service. Mark was great

Australia post messed up but the staff still chose to help me out even though it wasn’t their fault

The communication with this company is fast and they go above and beyond. With my first order my express packaging was damaged and my lenses were lost in transit. I contacted the company theu appologised and they reposted me a replacement the very next day.
I can't wait to wear them.

The customer service goes above and beyond here! After my package was stolen out of my mailbox, I contacted their team and they responded straight away. They then offered to resend the package with express shipping so it came in time for Halloween. Absolutely incredible experience!

Outstanding service! I made an error with the address and they were so quick to sort it out and were very kind!
Happy with the purchase and would buy again.

These guys are seriously great - like, never had an issue with the contacts, and customer service is really good.

Amazing Products and Outstanding Customer Service!

I’ve purchased from MesmerEyez a few times now, and I’ve always been really happy with both the products and the service. The quality is great, and the customer service is always fantastic!

Unfortunately, my most recent order seemed to have gotten lost in the mail. I emailed Mark, and he got back to me straight away. He was so helpful and understanding, explaining that these things can happen sometimes with Auspost and offering to send out a replacement set via express post.

I really appreciate how quickly he responded and how willing he was to help resolve the issue. It’s service like this that makes you want to keep coming back to a business!

I honestly can’t fault MesmerEyez, Great products, great communication, and genuinely great customer service. Highly recommend them! ❤️

I have purchased from here. I made a mistake and the staff were so lovely and were more than happy to help me out.

Have been a regular customer for a couple of years, product is good quality and never have any issues. Delivery is always prompt. Stock is always available and many types to choose from. Happy returning customer.2

Great customer service, there was an error with my order and I emailed customer service urgently and they responded back to me the same day.

Great products and very reasonably priced. Have already made 2 purchases. The contacts are very comfortable to wear and come in a huge variety of colours. Also great customer service!

Had a great experience with Mark, and satisfied with the product. Will definitely be buying from here again.

Love the colour.

From the start it was quick and smooth placing my order... it was shipped overnight and arrived at midday the next day...tracking was spot on ...(I've had many times tracking was way off) .. so I was elated at recieving my items so quickly....and lenses were perfect... absolute top quality... arrived in excellent condition...I have already recommended this company to my friends...

I have been shopping here for many years and they are the most comfortable, natural-looking lashes I've ever had. Thank you Mark and team for the consistency in your product and service!

Really good quality lenses, super comfortable and opaque! I usually order the 3 month mini scleras for cosplay and the price is really affordable and they look amazing. They also run deals and discounts quite often, so if you can definitely keep an eye out.

Great Lenses . So comfortable and clear .
The service is amazing and delivered on time . Very happy with them and will definitely be purchasing from MesmerEyez from now on .

Ok lenses are great, they arrive quickly and there's a million to choose from. I've settled on 50 shades grey for my brown eyes just because I think they don't look too fake, but do look somewhat striking.

Only problem is the same as with every coloured lens company's website - you can't tell how they'll look until you put them on your eyes, despite the example pics. You need to figure out how to have before/after example photos for every natural eye colour and every lens, so we can pick more accurately.

Anyway, would recommend.

Great variety and choice of lenses and all at reasonable prices! Very comfortable to wear and look amazing. Fast delivery and great support when needed! Will be ordering again!

It was a very fast delivery easy to order and comvenient...Grey Caramel is a perfect colour for me absolutely "The One" love love 💝💝the effects on my eyes. It was so comfortable to wear never gets dry and easy to put on thank you so much MesmerEyez...i will definitely comeback for more 😊🥰🤗💖💖💖
