The engineer who has been today to service my bed was excellent and friendly . Swapped my mattresses and cleaned inside the bed which due to my age I am unable to do myself .

This is the best bed ever! I have to sleep with my legs raised whilst my husband likes to be propped up. No problem! I cannot imagine being without it.

The delivery men turned up on time and were very polite, they assessed the rooms and work to be carried out. They were happy to move one bed into another room. The two men worked extremely hard to remove my old bed and install my new one and gave me comprehensive instructions on how to work the remote control. I haven’t tried it yet.

Don't let these people in your home.
Agreed to book an appointment for a sales rep to visit and was told it would be no more than 30-40 mins. In the end they were here for 2 1/2 hours they didn't seem to take the hint to go away. The presentation on their beds is all based on lots of "pseudo" science and ridiculous claims about how their (£10,000) beds improve sleep. Don't let these people in your home.
