Simple and relatively cheap to book. Quick and efficient service both when I dropped off the car and when it was returned. My car arrived just a few minutes after I reached the collection point at LHR Terminal 5, which was faster than the company had suggested it might be.

I booked and paid for meet-and-greet parking for two vehicles at Manchester Airport from 24 May to 1 June 2026. Unfortunately, the service was poor from start to finish.
When I called to arrange vehicle collection, I was told there was only one vehicle on the booking. Despite repeatedly explaining that I had paid for two vehicles, the staff member was dismissive, argumentative, and extremely rude. He even stated that it didn’t matter how many times I told him I had paid for two vehicles because he could only see one booking. I was then told I would need to pay again for the second vehicle or cancel both bookings.
After causing unnecessary stress before our holiday, the same staff member eventually called back to admit he had spoken to the main office and confirmed that I had indeed paid for parking for both vehicles. The error was entirely on their side.
The problems continued on our return. Our flight was delayed, and after collecting our luggage we were instructed to wait at the collection point. We stood there for over 30 minutes with a six-year-old child, only to discover that our vehicles had already been parked behind a pillar where they couldn’t be seen. No one bothered to call or notify us that the cars had arrived, despite having our contact details.
What should have been a simple meet-and-greet service turned into a stressful and frustrating experience at both the start and end of our trip. Poor communication, poor organisation, and some of the worst customer service I have experienced.
I will not be using this company again and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
Terrible experience with this service
Terrible experience with this service. They connect you with complete fraudsters, who used and abused my car, used it to ferry passengers to and from the pound and made me miss my flight. No responsibility and no refund just a massive headache and missed flight.
Website overcharging
After selecting the optional extras, and seeing the displayed total price, the system charged me £6 more than it should have. The customer services claim that they cannot help. Their system does not work correctly. I have screen-shots of exactly what should have been charged.

Last minute details of where to Meet which was a good 500m. UPHILL to the terminal!! Had to pay £8 to be taken to the terminal .... in our own car.!!!

The company we booked through your site was the worst parking I have ever experienced.
We waited for over an hour at both drop off and collection. I followed their instructions and they didn’t once answer their phone to me. There were multiple families in the same position. Having now looked at their reviews they have 1 star, you should not be having them appear in your searches.
I have requested a refund. I am yet to get a response.

"Cancellation policies vary by provider. Most offer free cancellation up to 24-48 hours before your booking. Some flexible options allow cancellation up to the day of travel. Always check the specific terms when booking"
Tried to cancel the booking and wanted to charge £20 and that was it. They stated "COMPANY POLICY" which to me suggests that they will charge regardless, which will mean there is in fact no free cancellations at all. So they are misleading the customers. Will be requesting a SAR to see how many parking sites on their books have free cancellations. BE WARNED THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!

Service not delivered – had to pay twice
I booked meet and greet parking at Stansted Airport for 23 May (Booking ref: CPD-19-624350), but the service was not delivered at all.
The postcode provided was incorrect, which caused delays. I then made around 10 phone calls before finally getting through, only to be given unclear instructions. When I arrived, no driver was present and no one answered the phone.
With my flight in 2 hours, I had no choice but to find an alternative. I ended up paying an additional £114.50 on the spot to another provider just to avoid missing my flight.
There was another couple there experiencing exactly the same issue, which suggests this is not an isolated incident.
Overall, extremely stressful and disappointing experience. I am still awaiting a refund for the £85.34 I paid for a service that was never provided.

- Firstly - The meet and greet company i used for Luton airport changed the location of my drop off (which was supposed to be the terminal) to The Holiday inn (15mins walk away).
- I had to continuously call the number provided again and again and again until someone eventually answered. - Then when I arrived at the Holiday Inn no one was there, no one came, and eventually the team stopped answering my calls altogether.
- I had to emergency make another plan to park my car and almost missed my flight (I was the last person on the plane running through the airport) after waiting for the team to come and collect my car for so long.
- Eventually someone called me while I was sitting on the runway about to take off... over an hour late to collect my car.
- I still have had to refund and no one is responding to my emails.

Complete scam. All seemed well when we dropped car at Gatwick and saw it driven off. However, on return couldn’t contact the company for 90 mins and then given run around for next 3 hours being told car was on its way, 20 mins to wait. No car. Kept calling but mostly got either no reply or voicemail with a full mailbox. Many other people waiting at same time having same experience. Eventually got a call to say our car had been bought to airport and left on level below where the agreed pick up was. Sure enough our car was there with the key on top of the front wheel. However, when we tried to leave the Gatwick car park operator wanted £420 because our car had never actually left the short term car park. Fortunately they were sympathetic and aware of this companies awful tactics and told us they are not an approved operator but waived the charge this time and asked us to go to trading standards. Long and short is that this is a total scam and should be avoided at all costs. I will be talking to Trading Stamdards and Watchdog and anyone else who will listen.

Absolutely horrendous. This is a sham operator.we arrived to a car park with no meet and greet just volumes of angry people trying to get their cars back. A man turned up for our car but one lady was so upset as they had lost her car and she was 24 hours still no car , another they had lost the keys, another they had waited 6 hours and still no car, another said they had no record of his car so called the police. I asked the attendant if my car would be safe and he said perhaps no and asked me to make my mind up. We had 10 minutes to our check-in closed so had no choice. My car lis linked to an app and I was able to track it. It kept getting moved, was always left unlocked and the window down. Upon return again lots of people going crazy due to lost cars, damaged cars, o reply. They all operate via one mobile number . I called and called, hardly any English spoken and said that I knew where my car was and unless returned I would call the police. It eventually turned up but was filthy . I was lucky. We drove out with dozens of people with no car. One even had a parking ticket for £600 as his car had been left in the short stay.avoid at all costs. Police were called . This operator needs to be closed down. Trading standards involved but said as no address for the. , just a bank account and mobile nothing could be done. Also unfriendly and intimidating.
